   Victoria Park in Aberdeen is a peaceful and charming park located in the Rosemount area. Opened in 1871, it is one of the oldest parks in the city and is known for its beautifully landscaped gardens, well-maintained lawns, and relaxing atmosphere. One of the park's main attractions is the granite fountain, made from five different types of Scottish granite, which makes it unique and a tribute to the city's granite industry history. The park also features lawns ideal for picnics, pathways perfect for walks, and areas with colorful seasonal flowers. It is an excellent place for a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

   My local Park is one of the best in Aberdeen. Attractive to dog walkers ,runners, those meeting on a bench for a blether and anyone wanting some peace and respite from the hurly burly. Hopefully, the recently refurbished fountain will be turned on again as it is magnificent.

   Whilst not huge or with a lot of features this is a very clean space and evidently well maintained. Also clearly nature friendly with plenty of birds living in the trees and bushes. Very popular with local dog owners.

   While it is not the best park in Aberdeen (definitely beat by Duthie Park, for example), it's definitely a good spot for relaxation, walks, and meditation. I found the landscaping to be properly done, and the general environment suits its purpose. The fountain is beautiful, and the entire park is a relatively lovely environment

   It is beautiful and clean and tidy with plenty of space and places to sit. Lots of lovely flowers and birdsong. Good for dog walkers and saw a variety of dogs.
