    Lovely hidden gem amongst brimsham Park. Play park, fishing lake and a nice trail to walk around. Decent sized car park too!

    Great large area of open space that is set amongst a housing development in the northern area of the Yate town. The major attraction is the lake which is a popular local fishing site. There is a pair of swans that use the lake annually to breed and the surrounding vegetation also attracts Coots, Moorhens and Ducks to nest in. The park itself offers local residents the opportunity to enjoy a stroll, use the children’s play area and socialise. There is also a local Friends Group for the Park and Lake. The Group works with South Gloucestershire Council and Yate Town Council to identify improvements to the Park and produce a long-term management plan. If you would like to be involved in the Friends Group, please contact the Town Council.
