   Never sit downstairs! The toilets are located downstairs and a bit claustophobic. Staff are great and doin the best they can but the nothing much can be done with setup downstairs.

   Just wanted to say the staff here, on a busy Saturday in December, were fantastic. I was visiting for the day from Swansea for the Christmas market, and needed a break. They were extremely busy, but all managed to cope really well, we all polite, friendly and kept the service fast. Tables were being cleaned continuously, there was someone by the door who was making sure people knew the situation with tables, and there to help people, including someone with visual impairment. I was here for about an hour and ordered two drinks, and they had served around 200 customers in that time. Was even offered a chocolate from a box of heroes that a member of staff was handing out. So well done to all the staff, fantastic example of how to work in hospitality and how to work as part of a team.

   Dont sit downstairs with your drink. Toilets stink and all you can hear is the dryer. Staff are lovely and trying there best to keep it all clean. Unfortunately the toilet and sitting plan are not great.

   Great little coffee spot with really fresh pastries cakes etc. you do have to order yourself via a screen however the staff were really helpful and friendly… good to see pricing was super affordable as well! Ideal breakfast location.

   I work at a Starbucks and still prefer coming here, Costa espresso is just so much nicer. Got a free drink thanks to the app and the guy on till offered me a free upgrade to a larger size, which we're not even told to do at Starbucks, so props to Costa for that. Other than that the staff are always very friendly, but unless it's the summer it doesn't seem like there's enough of them in there to keep it running smoothly behind bar while keeping toilets and seating in check. The toilets are never really that clean and sometimes without toilet roll, Costa you're a billion dollar company, please employ more staff.

   It's always very crammed, seating is fairly impossible to get at least in my experience. The staff seemed lovely and drinks were spot on, I didn't get the chance to try the food but I'm sure it'll be like ever other Costa. Overall, it's fine if you're in and out but to sit in you might feel a bit cramped.

   Lovely Costa with great ambience. Staff are fast at making delicious drinks. Really lovely layout of the store. Located in blBath city centre which is super handy as you walk around beautiful Bath. I would definitely go back.

   Cannot understand why this Costa is still serving coffee in takeaway cups, all other Costa we visit serve their coffee in proper coffee cups. My coffee was 80% froth and weak. Tables not wiped after customers have left, and covered in crumbs and sugar and finger marks plus floor not clean. Toilet was disgusting. Dirty leaking sink, tap does not turn off, puddles of water on the floor, dirty toilet, obviously not checked all day. Floor filthy also in toilet. The whole place needs a damn good clean. Staff need to be more observant.

   A lovely little Costa here. The staff on the door were efficient at getting you seated in the small store. They were very helpful and friendly. The staff inside were also friendly and efficient. They kept the cafe clean and tidy, with good cleaning measures for the tables and the toilets. The food and drink was top notch as normal. Good social distancing measures are in place here.
