   I've visited this Starbucks twice in three weeks and it is the cleanest coffee shop I have ever been in, particularly behind the counter. I did mention this when I last visited and was told they their best as the manager like it that way. Well done!

   Small Starbucks...very busy(it was Saturday and the cafe is situated inside Sainsbury's) but quickly found a table. Had a blondie to eat, bit disappointing. Chai Latte very good as usual!

   I would have loved to sit in your cafe to have my lunch while shopping, but there are nowhere near enough tables, and as an older lady with mobility issues, I could not simply stand around and wait for all the people fiddling about with their phones( who had finished their lunch!!!) to vacate their seats. Deeply disappointed at both the lack of capacity and the selfishness of people!

   Jess, the hot mess, who couldn't stop vocalising how much she hated making lattes - because 'they always' splashed on her, did her level best to make sure we all waited as long as was possible for our drinks. Well done to mamaluke Mike, who refused to help with making drinks made sure the queue was long. Thanks, for nothing, Starbucks. Your branch is almost as bad as the one near Portishead.

   Pumpkin spice latte not mixed properly so got a mouthful of spice. Frappachinos that have no flavour. I've now had several bad experiences with them. They are rude, talk to each other while ignoring you and take forever to make terrible coffee.
