Friendly staff. Got my food quick and it was delicious. Caramel frappes are too good. Although could be busy on a weekend

The friendly Baristas know how to make a proper Cappuccino, with plenty of foamed milk (called by some a dry cappuccino)*. They also put the chocolate sprinkles how I like it so I can enjoy chocolatey foam at the end! *lots of places just make a latte with a little bit more foam, so making it too milky.

Regularly walk past and grab a coffee to go. I order in advance on the app as the queue can often be fairly long. Iced cappuccino is the new favourite drink for me. Approachable and helpful staff. Lots of space in and out to sit also.

Lovely and clean, plenty of seating on my visit. I do believe the queue was a little slow moving due to a lack of staff. Overall, a great coffee stop.

Not a bad coffee shop as coffee shops go and this Costa outlet is situated in Worle and is a regular spot I visit. The service here is usually quick and efficient no matter how busy it gets, but in all truth, today was a bit of a letdown. Trying hard not to be picky but having to wait at the front of the queue for seven minutes before even being asked for my order was not great. Don't let my gripes and moans get in the way of obtaining a decent coffee has Costa Coffee always the best.

It's a Costa, if you need a quick half decent coffee go to one of these. If you need decent coffee go somewhere else.

Very standard Costa, but I enjoy their coffee so all good!

Timed my arrival right and was served straight away and also managed easily to get a table, this isn't always the case. Drink was normal Costa standard

The store was clean, had friendly staff, and well stocked with goods . I played the game of picking straws for charity and won a hot drink.

Went here with my wife yesterday for lunch whilst out completing errands. My wife asked for the pigs in blankets panini from the Christmas range. I inadvertently selected the Vegan Pigs in Blankets version due to the poor labelling on the packaging. This product should really be renamed as vegan misery and tears due to the absolutely disgusting nature of the filling, flacid and inciped looking " not bacon" and a sickly looking tube of "not sausage" It was truly traumatising However whilst my wife was exclaiming her dismay at the horror with the words "Oh my good how do people eat this !!". Unbeknown to us a staff member (Donna, who I believe is the area manager) was sat at the adjacent table. She overheard my wife's distress and immediately offered to replace the product for an alternative and then took away the offending not pigs in not blankets panini a swapping it for a real pigs in blanket alternative. Great customer service, Happy wife, happy life. Would go again. Thankyou Donna, great service. *****
