   Absolutely shocking visit to Morrisons cafe today… MOST tables were covered in dirty plates… no coffee beans in the self serve machine! DISGUSTING way to leave a cafe in this state…

   Self-service so can't coment on staff. Ordered breakfast. It was okay for the price. Unlimited hot drinks, however, coffee so strong and bitter you wouldn't want it. Tables are not cleaned regularly, so they can look unclean. Possibly visit again if in area and had nowhere else to go.

   Terrible and time-wasting ordering system: as you enter the cafe you encounter a large screen instructing you to ‘Place your order here’, which we did. This took a while because you have to scroll through and back to see the selection - you can’t see the choices on one single screen. When paying we were asked to take a table number from below the screen - although there were plenty of empty tables, no actual numbers had been placed in the box below the screen to use, so we entered ‘Number 1’ and told a team member what we had done- we didn’t want our order being taken to the wrong table. After paying, a message appeared on screen saying, don’t forget to pick up the following items from the buffet counter - this was our total order, nothing was going to be delivered to our table! The ordering screen was a pointless waste of time, we could have used the self service buffet right from the start; the cashier understood the ludicrousness of the situation and said, “You will know for next time!”. We needed a quick meal due to getting to an appointment, but half of our available time (35 minutes) was taken up trying to use the pointless ordering system, so we could not finish our meal deals! Human service - excellent, Automated service - rubbish, Food - good

   Full English breakfast for seven pounds seemed ideal getting three of most items. However unfortunately very disappointed. Apart from the beans everything was cold. Definitely not being cooked fresh, this for me is not a problem with the price but there has to be a time limit for how long the food can be under a lamp for. Definitely worth paying that few extra pounds for something that is hot and not dry. Would avoid if you can!

   The food was terrible. Bacon was like cardboard ham. The poached egg was just a hard boiled egg, no runny yolk whatsoever. Mushrooms were watery and the fried toast was underdone and disgusting. I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but I was sat on the Morrisons toilets for 20 minutes after this. Absolutely awful, just get a meal deal. 2 stars for the lovely lobby staff.

   Thanks for giving me a night of vomiting I'll never forget. Certainly one way of making yourself memorable. Someone from management needs to have a thorough look at your kitchen/restaurant cleanliness. There must be something wrong.

   Shocking waiting time! Ordered via the online QR code/website as had my two under 3’s with me, this was mainly due to nobody at the counter when we turned up. Order two cheese toasties and a ham sandwich kids meal, waited 40min to be told it’s an hour wait for ordering online. FOR TWO CHEESE TOASTIE’S & A JAM SANDWHICH!!! What was going to be a quick lunch stop ended taking over an hour, ridiculous!
