I have called here weekly during long work journeys for many years and never appreciated just how amazingly kind the staff were until today when I spilt my coffee everywhere by being careless and the Starbucks staff went above and beyond to make me feel not quite the twerp that I am. Thank you
Might get served in 3-5 working days if you’re an in store customer. Staff were robotic and seemed confused by basic drink orders - all focus on drive thru took 20 mins to get a couple of drinks after being ignored for 15.
I recently visited this Starbucks location and was thoroughly impressed by both the outstanding service and the beautifully designed café. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy, with thoughtful design touches that create a perfect environment for relaxing, catching up with friends, or getting some work done. Every detail—from the comfortable seating to the tasteful decor—shows a clear commitment to customer comfort and aesthetic appeal. What truly made my experience exceptional, however, was the service provided by Sophie and her team. Sophie leads with professionalism, positivity, and attention to detail. She ensures that each customer is treated with care and that every drink is crafted to perfection. It’s clear that the staff take pride in their work and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door. The team worked seamlessly together, handling a busy morning rush with calm efficiency while still taking time to engage with each customer. My order was prepared quickly and exactly how I wanted it, and the baristas made sure I had everything I needed before I sat down. It’s rare to find a café where both the design and the service are so consistently excellent. Whether you’re a regular or stopping by for the first time, you’re sure to have a great experience here. Hats off to Sophie and her amazing team for setting such a high standard. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Ordered a lot via Deliveroo! Order came quite quickly however half of the order was missing! Had to go through Deliveroo to get a refund which is an absolute nightmare instead of being able to call Starbucks and let them know and get the rest of the items I paid for! Absolutely ridiculous when you spend your money and you only get half the things you paid for and then have to wait 24-48 hours to get your money back!
Hetty and Kat were absolutely lovely , and went above and beyond to ask us about our day and build up a great rapport with us. They also made amazing drinks could not fault them at all. Thank you !
I have been going through this drive-thru for many years (every day mostly) as it is convenient. Staff/customer service towards customers has always been poor. Lately, it's become the worst. The place needs a good shake, good customer service training some attitude adjustments and a good manager. Disgusting experience all around most days today the attitude stank from a Becca as usual. Advice to customers would be to avoid.
I’m not gunna lie, Hetty & Rosie make the perfect coffee and to spec (I’m a fussy drinker). Also just to mention how good the customer service was from the Girls, especially Bee who actually was the one who served me. Will be coming back again soon‼️
