   I am not nine to leave replies but I have just walked out of this Costa, it is in fairness a busy Saturday, I’m not sure if the staffing beeds(maybe more needed) but the lack of care or attention to any part of the service is really poor and unsatisfactory for the hospitality industry. The barista showed no care nor skill , the milk wand screaming through the whole cafe, milk and rubbish everywhere. I would avoid at all costs, go and spend your £6 in a cafe that shows even a slither more care and attention and you’ll be miles above this Costa. Such a shame for a well known brand

   Turned up at 6.55 on Friday, checked online said they're open until 9pm, checked again on the door says 9pm - get insider order drinks, go to sit at a table.to be told sorry guys we shut in 3 minutes...drive thru is open until 9. No mention of this anywhere, wasn't informed until after the coffee purchase so instead of sitting in and having a coffee we took our takeaway cups to the car! Not what we were looking for and should be clearly advertised if this is the case.

   Asked to don’t make the flat white bubbly and this is the result after she said “the flat white is not meant to be bubbly”. It looks like soap foam. They should train their staff properly cause this is not good at all

   Hello, I have very terrible experience with staff don't know her name but wear glasses, i knock on the main door she look at me her colleague look at me aswell she start working after that i thought mayb she is working on my order then i was standing outside for 7 minutes still no response i was just trying to confirm weather they can make my order or no? If no they can simply say No we can't make it or we are closed or anything else, atleast just say anything, further i went to drive through and asked her i was waiting outside why you didn't gave me response? she said we can't see anything outside which is not true, if she can't see she can hear anyways after that i said give me order she said no i will not give you order and closed the window? This message is for the manager or CEO of this store kindly hire people who has communication skills who has manners who is fair with their job. Not people like this. Hope this can help thanks

   Turned up at 7:15 door locked and no one to be seen. Sign says open until 9 so I waited a minute, 2 staff appeared from side door and waived to the drive through hatch. They then said its drive through only and that no one is allowed in. I said ok can I order 2 drinks here, "no, this is for drive through only" I said "but your open" and they said yes drive through only, but your not in a car so I can't serve you, have a good night and shut the window in my face. Now, Nowhere does it say drive through only. Just open until 9pm. Absolute joke, at my expense it would appear. Thanks Summer, I'm sure that made you laugh.

   This is in a great location we walk the fog and stop to sit outside to have a hot chocolate but today myself and a colleague stopped gor a quick lunch between meetings. Sandwiches were fresh and our coffees were made to perfection.

   I always go in, rather than drive through, cos I always want a wee. Too much info? Despite being busy, they know their customers. My coffee is always made for me when I reach the counter. Can you visit too much?

   It looks amazing, and the staff seem to be very friendly to. However a decent amount of time I’ve tried going there it’s been closed and it doesn’t have their opening/closing times anywhere quite frustrating honestly.

   It's a brand-new Costa Drive through but they seem to currently have major staffing issues so don't expect it to be open at the times it says it is, or to be able sit in because they've gone for Drive through only. The staff they do have are friendly and can make good cups of coffee, but the unreliability of the closing times is very off-putting.

   Never have specials ingredients in stock, always closed earlier than stated. This place is brand new, can't see it lasting long if the staff issue doest get sorted.
