Extremely disappointed. I always come to this bubble tea place and always very satisfied however I always get 2 things either a fruit tea or the vanilla warm, they have changed it to now boiling! I was expecting what I normally get which is a vanilla flavour warm drinkable drink with some chewy tapioca in the bottom however this one is boiling hot , tastes like water and the tapioca is all mushy. Not sure why how it’s done has changed but not sure if I’ll come back again now.

The matcha is poor quality, brown and bitter. When I asked for it to be remade the server was very rude and just put so much sugar syrup in it it was inedible - also the tapioca were added hot which made the drink a horrible temperature

It took a solid 20 minutes to get two drinks with a queue of about 8 people...
The drinks were absolute garbage - the boba bubbles didnt burst, they were tough, rubbery and tasted like nothing bar a slight tobacco e-cigarette/urine flavour (really not joking). The juice from the pomegranate flavour cup was like very very weak vimto, the white peach tasted like the bitter aftertaste of overbrewd tea with zero sweetness.
My partner and I couldn't finish the drinks...

Very poor customer service. I ordered a bubble tea but substituted tapioca for pearls and was told that ‘it wouldn’t be nice’. I explained that I didn’t like tapioca. When I was given my drink, I saw that there was tapioca in there. I told her that I ordered it without tapioca and the woman said ‘no that’s mango’, when it quite clearly wasn’t as they were black. She frustratedly
sighed and took my drink off me and changed it. After all of that, the drink was horrible and I didn’t even end up drinking it.

I am completely new to bubble tea and so had no idea what I would like... I spoke to one of the friendly staff members and she was so patient and helpful. She explained the whole bubble tea concept and recommended me a tea that I really enjoyed!!!
Everyone was really friendly and the price was reasonable too so I have to say this is a must to try!!!
