“Shoes are great, fit true to size, i’m a size 6 in vans and converse and these fit the same. Very flexible and comfortable. Used them for training and were featherlike compared to my usual trainers. Delivery came quickly and tracking numbers issued accordingly. Thank you.”

“Lovely place. You'll find in the kitchen everything you need. Bed are super comfy too. Set of towels are provided for each person. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Very clean. A bit far from Bristol town centre by walk but if you have a car it is only 15 minutes drive.”

“I had a mac n cheese bowl and one of their many ridiculous matcha flavours (hot matcha with caramel). It was all very delicious and the staff are lovely. Had a seat in the corner. It is a bit noisy and is mostly 2 seater tables, not loads of comfy seating. I did go at a busy time.”

“My partner and I have stayed here twice now and it never disappoints. This week and back last year for a city break. The staff there are always welcoming in a friendly manner. The rooms we stayed in are always clean and presentable too. The hotel is in a perfect spot of the city because you’ve got Brewers Fare next door, close to two shopping centres, restaurants, a Odeon cinema up the road and lots of nice destinations to visit for tourists. I totally recommend it!”

“My nephew and I used this hotel as our base during a trip to Bristol. The location is the best. We had a 2 room suite and it was fantastic. The most comfortable bed and pillows ever. We also had access to the executive lounge, this is a fantastic added extra. Great space with snacks and drinks (including beer and wine at night). The exec lounge also included a full breakfast. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.”

It was not really perceptible visually or by feeling by hand, however, Charlie graciously gave me a credit to purchase a replacement pair from the online store as the shop had dropped the line moving into spring season. “A large store with plenty to choose from. Very helpful staff that knew where items were that I was looking for. I went in just before closing on a Sunday so unsure of how busy it is at peak time.”

“Bought the 2 games + 1 drink Thursday deal (online only) for £10 per person. Had fun and enjoyed the time there. Played pool after for £2 per game. Would go again, have been multiple times.”

“Booked a last minute stay, upon check in the staff were friendly and helpful, we were informed that we could pay for an evening meal at the hotel, however we opted to walk over the road where there were plenty of options to eat and pick up a few essentials. The room was clean and comfortable, and after a couple days at the seaside the hot shower with decent pressure was a godsend. We had an issue with one of our neighbouring rooms late into the night but when we mentioned this to the Manager, Josh, he couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic to the situation. We honestly can't praise the hotel and staff enough they were so busy and barely stopped. The breakfast was brill and with plenty of options for my picky kids. Overall brilliant stay and will be looking to book with Holiday in again in the future!”

“Our stay was amazing . First when we came thru the door was very welcome from receptionist she was so professional and so lovely girl. Room was very clean spacious and so comfortable. Dinner service was very good aswell food very nice and tasty definitely recommended. In the morning last minute we choose try breakfast service and blew us away. Lovely lithuanian lady named Regina welcomed as in best way you can imagine we felt like home.She showed us around and help with everything. Food choices was wow definitely we gonna come back. We want say massive thank you for Lithuanian lady Regina you made our stay special. Lots of love Rasa and Marius”

“Very nice, cheap and friendly hotel. When we got to our room it smelled of cigarettes, but when we said about it they where very quickly to change it to another room, with a better view and with neutral smell. They did confuse our breakfast ( which was included with a room, for one night, for 2, 70£ ) but to fix it they gave us extra food. Was lovely, would definitely recommend it, if You don't want to break Your bank and still have a cosy night.”

“Only lost one star because we unfortunately chose the smallest caravan and although shower great, tinsy sink and tiny space to squeeze past to get to toilet! Otherwise caravan perfect for our needs. Staff nothing too much trouble and guest house itself and food excellent . We'd definitely come to stay again. Perfect position for exploring on foot. Thank you!”
