   I had a laser session with Agnes today and she was honestly amazing. From the moment I arrived she made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and checked in with me throughout the session. She was incredibly professional but also genuinely caring, which made a huge difference. I’ve had many laser sessions before and this was by far the best experience I’ve had, I felt comfortable, looked after, and confident I was in good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.

   I had a laser session with Kaliyah today and was extremely impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. It was my first time with her, and she truly stood out compared to previous sessions I’ve had. Kaliyah took the time to ensure no areas were missed, which I really appreciated, and she explained everything she was doing throughout the session. I’ve seen other therapists before, but her thorough and careful approach really made a difference. Highly recommended!

   I’ve had several sessions with Vaiva, and I can’t recommend her enough. She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout every appointment. Vaiva always takes the time to explain everything clearly and shares genuinely useful information during each session. She makes sure I feel comfortable and relaxed every step of the way, which makes a huge difference in the overall experience. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their progress.    I had a laser session with Bindya today and was very pleased with her professionalism and attention to detail. She took the time to ensure that no areas were missed, which I really appreciated. I have seen other therapists before, but her thorough approach truly stood out. In general, the clinic could benefit from a bit more attention to cleanliness and presentation, but considering the price point, the overall experience remains good value.

   It all looked perfectly professional and great until I stepped into the clinic. Would not recommend, no matter how polished it looks. To begin with, they were 30 minutes late to start my appointment (I had to wait at the front desk the whole time) But I understand these things can happen and it wasn't the main reason for my disappointment. Before the start of the procedure, the lady treating me quickly started adding up the cost of this current treatment + the 6 follow up ones (I had booked for laser hair removal), assuming that I'm going for the full 6 procedure package. Even though I'd given no indication of that. Then she went on about prices and discounts, stating that today I'll need to pay £800. Basically expecting me to pay upfront for all 6 procedures, because they currently had a discount. While the discount was quite good and I understood all the benefits, I simply wasn't prepared to pay £800 upfront. I had budgeted for the one single procedure. I'm fully aware that laser procedures are expensive, but going from £150 to £800 is quite a big jump. I said that I'd rather pay for that day's treatment only, because that's what I was prepared for. But despite that, she continued trying to push the full package on me the entire time. Practically arguing with me and making me feel stupid, as if I was saying no because I didn't understand what a great deal she was offering me. Throughout the entire time, she kept telling me how it's a great deal, after I'm home I should call them to book the other 5 procedures to make sure I get the deal before it runs out. It honestly felt like I was being shamed for not being able to just pay an extra £650 at a moment's notice. After my procedure was done, she then immediately asked me to book my follow-up appointment. Which I did hesitantly, because I didn't want to explain myself (will be cancelling that for sure) The above is just poor customer service, but there's more. While I was waiting they handed me a form to fill in. I was asked if I use tretinoin. Which I do, so I indicated that on the form (there was no field to indicate how I use it or for what). But no one at the clinic asked me to provide further details on my use of it and instead just went ahead with the procedure. Later, when I was at home, I found out that tretinoin creates sun sensitivity. Therefore you should not use laser treatments on the areas where you're applying tretinoin. Because it can result in many complications. Yet no one at the clinic bothered to check my answers to the form and notice. Thankfully, I wasn't applying tretinoin to the areas where I was getting the laser, so nothing terrible happened. But they didn't know that. And it was absolutely careless to not double check with me and make sure the treatment was safe. The entire experience made me feel like I'm just another customer bringing in money and nothing more. I felt uncomfortable and pressured the entire time. And sorry to say, I will not be continuing with my procedures. At the end of the day, I'm coming in for a medical procedure, which requires a careful and professional service. The staff here have simply lost my trust.

   I have been getting treatments here for around 5 weeks now and can't praise these girls enough they are warm and welcoming. They really put you at ease when getting treatments very efficient and always looking out for your welfare and comfort. The treatment is definitely working.

   Usually no fault, turned away from appointment this morning because I couldn't confirm that I had zero sun exposure. Little bit annoyed - I wear SPF50 constantly and avoid the sun where it is possible to and have been honest about this at every previous appointment. Not sure why it was different today, so losing a star.
