Careless customer service, i did my car insurance with them and that time they taking more then £500 of service charge even my premium is £1300. Then i gave them 4 reference and those not pay me for refer amount at the moment. Also today i ask them bike insurance so again those are adding more then £200 pound of service charge in my new quotation. so i think you need to check first before go with them. I have the all evidence! Before the do process with them check and think 100 time.
