The hotel location and breakfast were very good. It should be stated clearer that the parking is not included, and that cars can only be left at a local public parking where a discount price can be obtain as a hotel guest. Nonetheless, this was not said clearly enough despite asking the hotel prior to booking. Additionally, there was no toilet brush in the room, there was only one hanger for the towels even though we were two, and a lack of toilet roll (and the toilet roll that was there on arrival was almost finished)

Honestly pretty disappointing. The staff were lovely, the rooms serviceable and clean, but the sound proofing was absolutely none existent. You can hear other guests coming back at 2/3 in the morning as though they had just walked into your room. You can hear when the room above you decides to have a shower. Through the windows, you can hear the HVAC system or the road depending on which side of the building you’re on. For the same price I could have stayed at the premier inn and had a much better sleep.

Had a lovely stay for a weekend city break. Staff were so friendly and helpful, Angel was very efficient checking us in, Dipa was very friendly and welcoming, Luke was very helpful at the Breakfast bar. Rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Staff were really friendly, very clean everywhere and modern. Breakfast in morning was lovely and not busy. Very good value for money and right in centre of Bristol so can walk everywhere. Definitely recommend!

Booked a stay for three adults which was a very small room with a double bed and a pull out sleeper couch squashed next to it. Since staying in a shoe box is not for me, I ended up booking and paying for a second room which hadn't really be the plan. With two rooms, the stay was very nice, the location is perfect in the centre of Bristol, the breakfast great, parking available, and staff very friendly

A great hotel in a decent location. The room was fresh and clean and the air con was very very good! Little details like plenty of plug sockets beside the bed, a hair drier and an iron made it great. The breakfast was good although a little busy at peak times - the make your own waffles is a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful especially moving us to a lower floor to avoid using the lift. Hard to find fault with any aspect of the stay!

A great hotel with brilliant front of house staff (Sara), offering a efficient and friendly welcome to the hotel. Great advice on nearby options to park, depending on your needs. Breakfast was very well presented and offers a wide range of hot and cold options. The fruit juice was disappointing though. The dinner menu is limited and I would recommend a short walk to the harbour side area for your evening meal. The room servicing during the day was a bit hit and miss! One day the old towels were removed but not replaced, the next day they left behind a random selection of towels (lots of face cloths) and the third day double the towels you could use! This probably needs a look at by the management team - consistent service is my expectation for hotel stays. That all said the front of house were brilliant and sorted the towels straight away. Convenient for the city too.

Unfortunately, we are unsatisfied with our hotel’s stay. We have been promised a comfortable, spacious room. Our room was completely different to how it was advertised: 15m2 instead of 30m2. The view was the most horrible view we ever had: hotel’s gutter downspouts. The air-condition didn’t work and we slept in a very cold room. There was no tissue and hand lotion in the bathroom. We have made a few complaints. Finally, on the second night we have been moved to different room. However, our family trip has been ruined.

Very nice, cheap and friendly hotel. When we got to our room it smelled of cigarettes, but when we said about it they where very quickly to change it to another room, with a better view and with neutral smell. They did confuse our breakfast ( which was included with a room, for one night, for 2, 70£ ) but to fix it they gave us extra food. Was lovely, would definitely recommend it, if You don't want to break Your bank and still have a cosy night.
