“I had an 8 session course of half face hair removal and I am beyond happy with my results. As a mixed race Pakistani woman I have very thick facial hair which used to require tweezing every day - this damaged the skin but less than shaving, which did terrible damage due to thick hair under the skin. After 8 sessions with the wonderful Flora my skin is so smooth and clear. Regrowth is slow and fine, and can be easily removed with a light razor maybe once every 10 days. My only regret is that I waited so long to do this! Flora is ultra professional, careful and sensitive, taking careful records and checking health situation every time, and the clinic is immaculately clean. Recommended!”

“Had a great experience renting a car (for the first time ever) at this branch! Check in took a wee while but only because the card machine wasn’t working, and next time I’ll definitely use a credit card instead of debit to save a bit of time. No one’s fault! But the guys were so lovely, upon pickup and return. Just super friendly, reassuring and polite! I specifically want to mention Ellis, Will and ahhhhh I’m so sorry I forgot the other guys name! (Management please ask Will/Ellis who else was there on 18th + 20th Oct - I returned a Kia Sportage so he can always get his flowers!!). Anyway brilliant service and will be using again!!!”

“Cannot thank these people enough, I had tracking done at a previous tyre place and they were cowboys as it was not done properly it was a waste of money as I tried to go back to them 3 times to correct it and it still was not done properly. I came here the manager was very helpful and there was a young black guy who did the tracking and I have to say I was more than impressed as it was right first time and I saw the difference immediately, they also explained that the tyre place Sams Tyres in Easton has been common for this error and they have had a lot of customers that has come to them to correct the mistakes which shows that tyre place was cowboys for tracking. So if I need tracking done again, I know where to come to. Please find one picture before the tracking was done by this place and another picture of when it was done and the difference in the steering.”

“We crashed our new VW polo which we had for only 6 weeks. The passenger side was a mess. FMG in Emerson’s Green did a marvellous job. We got it back today and honestly looks like nothing had ever been wrong with body work. We are so impressed with work done. Tony and Julie Smart”

“5 stars to Ellie and Amber, those girls are absolutely brilliant at their jobs and stars! So kind and understanding, the hotel and kitchen was absolutely rammed and they still persevered and got through it with a smile despite there only being two of them. Amazing customer service and understanding and cannot complain. They really made our stay. Rooms were okay, no issues, we had an issue with one of the rooms (our fault, our child had an accident on the bed) we offered to change the sheets with some spare bedding and they gave us an upgrade instead! Didn’t expect this at all, as was happy to just change the sheets ourselves as it was technically our fault, but the staff insisted. Internet connection was poor and no signal during the entire 3 day stay, parking and signal/wifi issues were the only letdown with this hotel. Nearly £50 parking for a 3 day stay, damaged our car on the way in due to a sudden steep drop, so be mindful. £10 for WiFi for 3 days that didn’t work, we did complain however it was not resolved.”

“Spotted this lovely little cafe from the park and it looked glorious in the sunshine so we had to try it out. The guy was super friendly and the queue built up pretty quick so it must be a local gem. We got coffee and pastries which were both delicious! Very tasty flat white which was strong and had a nice flavour to it. Would recommend the almond croissant!”
