Once they've worked out the issue, they always check with you before ordering parts to fix. On many occasions they haven't charged me anything because they solved the issue within an hour of getting the car in!”

I had no success with my insurance company, but luckily we managed to limp the car along to the garage, where we parked in the MOT bay with a note and email explaining. My partner's brother in law was our saviour & took us to the airport in time. We contacted Barry while on holiday and arranged for the key to be dropped off so that he could diagnose, and ultimately fix the problem.
