Great room in a good location. Just your standard travel lodge. However the only time to you need your key card is when accessing your room . Meaning anyone can access the corridors which is less safe than other travel lodges I have stayed in . Often you need your key card before going up the standards.

The dirtiest hotel I've stayed in in a long time.Desperately in need of a deep clean. My room was really grimy...a bit like tired student accommodation. There was an old fashioned shower curtain stained brown on the inside, a rim of brown in the shower tray, something brown around the shower handle and sticky dust in the corners of the bathroom floor that had accumulated over time. The carpet had brown stains on it like someone had spilled hot chocolate by the door. The bedding smelt fusty and was slightly off white and the towels were threadbare. No soundproofing from the road so take earplugs if you really don't mind the grime.Staff are unhelpful.I saw previous (young pretty) guests leave luggage but when I asked they said they didn't do it.No one asked how my stay was when I left so I've left a review instead. I paid £124!!! and needed a shower when I got home to recover.

We originally booked for 2 nights over halloweekend and ended up staying 5 as our experience was amazing. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful, they catered a wonderful experience. Bar / Café staff were very lovely and had excellent service. We definitely will be staying again.

5 stars to Ellie and Amber, those girls are absolutely brilliant at their jobs and stars! So kind and understanding, the hotel and kitchen was absolutely rammed and they still persevered and got through it with a smile despite there only being two of them. Amazing customer service and understanding and cannot complain. They really made our stay. Rooms were okay, no issues, we had an issue with one of the rooms (our fault, our child had an accident on the bed) we offered to change the sheets with some spare bedding and they gave us an upgrade instead! Didn’t expect this at all, as was happy to just change the sheets ourselves as it was technically our fault, but the staff insisted. Internet connection was poor and no signal during the entire 3 day stay, parking and signal/wifi issues were the only letdown with this hotel. Nearly £50 parking for a 3 day stay, damaged our car on the way in due to a sudden steep drop, so be mindful. £10 for WiFi for 3 days that didn’t work, we did complain however it was not resolved.

A Nightmare : we arrived last Saturday for a birthday in Bristol with 7 friends (ref ), we had planned and paid in advance, we were said that due to overbooking + maintenance issue they were no room available we had to move to another hotel 45 min East of ... they spoiled our birthday Party and Experience in Bristol. Our Case number is #15071-1920379 in case the Customer service relay consider us as "Customers"....

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is certainly not the newest but the location was great for us. Breakfast was good but unfortunately the coffee maker was broken. We also were very surprised and disappointed that we were not able to store our luggage when we arrived early, who does that?

Car got broken in to in the car park but staff were really helpful about it, helped me cover the window, let me leave my bags in the office so they weren't in an unsecured car all day and got me to move the car somewhere that reception could keep an eye on it. Room was basic but had a comfy bed and good shower.

Stayed here for a night and the room was well cleaned, comfortable and was close to great amenities. Special shout-out to Zack who was excellent when dealing with a difficult customer who had a poor, entitled attitude. He remained calm, professional, and resolved the situation. Nice one!

Bit of a disappointment this place was. Being in the centre of Bristol you’d have thought they’d care about creating a good image/reputation but there isn’t much positive here apart from the location. The room was small and tired looking, the bathroom flooded after a shower due to the semi circular shower curtain being placed over a square tray, breakfast underwhelming and not to mention the extortionate cost of the car park. Their only saving grace is some of the staff who were more than happy to help with our queries. Overall not impressed and will do my utmost in future to avoid staying at any Travelodge!
