Fraud! After an MOT at Mazda where a nail puncture was identified, I took my car here to have the tyre repaired as I needed it done the same day. After a 3 hour wait, I was told it was unrepairable. I questioned this as Mazda had told me it was repairable, and was told it was because the nail was at an angle. I was then sold a tyre at the "we only have one in stock" price of nearly £200. I was so suspicious, I asked for the old tyre to take away and boy I'm glad I did. As you can see from the pictures the nail went in at as close to 0° as possible, nowhere near the 45° that would make it unrepairable. This isn't just a bad garage, it's a fraudulent one!

This is horrible garbage do not go in there guys.I will share my story about my car first of all, let me say sorry first about my language. It's not very well. I hope you understand me.and that’s the issue because probably the mechanic sensed my accent and trapped me.When I was on the garage l tell them can you fix my car she got two issues once ABS sensor and handbrake one of the mechanic said alright will do for you sounds great then I left the garage. Three days later, a manager called me and told me that they had done a full service which will cost me £1348,53 this is a robbery they are not loyalty with the customers.Do not trust them guys this is blackmail to me.Sensor issues still exist.

Really helpful from start to finish. Changed my time without any hassle. Really polite upon arrival with no hassle. Completed MOT in just over an hour - passed and explained the minor issues over phone. Offered for us to stay in the customer room if needs be. Felt really welcomed! Great service! Mo served us, he was amazing!

I am very pleased with my two new Yokohama Advan Fleva front tyres. The price was good, and the fitting was quick. The free tracking check was also good. There were a few minor things that prevented the experience from being perfect. It was raining when the car was ready so I didn't examine the wheels at the centre. I drove away and after a few minutes the low tyre pressure warning came on, showing 235 for the offside and 250 for the nearside tyre. The label behind the fuel filler flap says 290 for the front tyres or 340 for a fully loaded car. I parked by some shops and checked the wheels. They looked quite badly marked, but I realised that it was the white paste that they put on the tyres that had also got onto the wheels. It wiped off quite easily. I also noticed that my two grey dust caps had been replaced by two plain black ones. I wasn't sure if this was deliberate or by accident. In the evening I topped up the tyre pressure to the correct level at a petrol station . The tyres are really quiet, and the grip is good.

Cannot thank these people enough, I had tracking done at a previous tyre place and they were cowboys as it was not done properly it was a waste of money as I tried to go back to them 3 times to correct it and it still was not done properly. I came here the manager was very helpful and there was a young black guy who did the tracking and I have to say I was more than impressed as it was right first time and I saw the difference immediately, they also explained that the tyre place Sams Tyres in Easton has been common for this error and they have had a lot of customers that has come to them to correct the mistakes which shows that tyre place was cowboys for tracking. So if I need tracking done again, I know where to come to. Please find one picture before the tracking was done by this place and another picture of when it was done and the difference in the steering.

Don't often have the need to come here but both times that I have, have been very good. Tried several KF tyre places for a puncture repair to be told no or earliest 3pm. Came here to be told there will few minutes wait and we'll get it straight in. Excellent service.

Booked in for a full service with the promotion. Happy with the price and convenient as I work locally. Service completed promptly and courtesy phone call informing me of further work needed. The quote for the front brakes and discs was uncompetitive £391 for a Focus. I got the work done elsewhere for £195.

2 hours to change 2 tyres with an appointment I booked a specific timeslot for new tyres. Arrived on time for my appointment, they had computer problems. 90 mins later still couldn't give me a time when my tyres would be fitted so rebooked. Arrived on time for second appointment. Initially they couldn't find the tyres but eventually did. An hour after my appointment I'm still sat there, my car still hasn't been taken for the tyres. Why offer timed appointments when even fitting a couple of tyres takes ALL DAY? I then asked for an update, my car would be next in, I go to stretch my legs. Miss a call asking me to phone back. Which I do, again and again until the phone cuts out. I'm even ringing when stood back in reception whilst they deal with another customer. There is no sound of a phone ringing. I complained about the 2 hour delay from my appointment time and that no one answers the phone. Their response: no apology, just a voice from the back office saying "put a block on that account". Disgusting service, no right to complain, avoid, avoid, avoid.

What a total shambles, went in there to get a tyre checked. Was told 30 minutes, but ended up being nearly an hour. They didn’t charge me for the valve to be fixed. They had two managers from other stores helping out as they had a new deputy manager who just didn’t seem to know what he was doing and seemed to not even be in charge. One of the managers from another store, had to say to this guy, I’m taking over. Really hope that they can get back to how they used to be when I started using them over 15 years ago. I’ve noticed it definitely going downhill over the last 5 years.

Great service. Turned up with a screw in my tire and within 30 minutes they had it all patched up and ready to go! Will definitely be using these people again. The lads working there were extremely helpful and were 100% honest with me and my options.
