My insurance company selected Steer Southampton as my approved repairer. Communication was great with Steer Southampton, providing a link to upload pictures of my damaged vehicle. They then quickly contacted me to arrange collection of my car. I had my accident on a Tuesday & my car was picked up & was delivered to Steer on Thursday morning. I was quickly contacted by the estimation department who went through the damage & what required replacing liaising with my insurance company. I was surprised by the quickness my car would be repaired. I received regular TXT messages to update me on the progress. The car was ready mechanically on the estimated completion date, there was however a slight delay as my car required a specialist reset of the safety systems, but this was organised quickly. I was happy with the quality of the repair work. I would highly recommend Steer Southampton if you require your car to be repaired to a high standard”
