   I took my Mercedes-Benz to MBS Southampton for repairs, expecting the problem to be resolved professionally. Unfortunately, not only was the initial issue not properly fixed, but new problems have started appearing day by day. This has caused me unnecessary stress and additional expenses. I expected a higher standard of service from a specialist Mercedes workshop, but sadly, that was not the case. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

   My 250,000 mile W212 E class OM651 diesel was in need of a major service and new springs, engine mounts and a timing chain. Greg completed the work with great care and its like now runs like new. Highly recommended. I won't take my car anywhere else now

   I have used Marshalls, Pentangle and Bursledon motors for my service work and my car has never been better than when MBS did the work. Apart from the main dealer all serviced prices are about the same so nothing to choose in that area. In my opinion MBS did a more thorough job.

   I really wouldn't want to buy a used Mercedes unless I had a company like MBS near by. They have been brilliant in helping with warranty work and steering me through the maze of Mercedes Service Measures. They have saved me a bill of over £3000 by giving me the info I needed to negotiate with the Mercedes maindealer. All the work they have done for me has been brilliant. Gear box service and freebies like sorting out a misaligned bonnet cable that was fouling the ac fan for free. From reception to phone calls from expert mechanics to further advice, MBS will be on your side. These are people who you really need in your life if you own a Mercedes Benz!

   Called to book in as car showing faults. They booked in the following day. Called to update on what the issue was, confirmed to go ahead and my car was ready lunchtime the following day. Am super impressed with not only their service but for a Mercedes garage they are NOT over priced- in fact very good value

   Have used MBS Southampton to service and repair my Mercedes for last 10yrs. Very thorough and cheaper than a main dealer. You can speak with the actual persons who are servicing and repairing car. Can’t recommend highly enough. Very well thought off by Merecedes Owners Club.

   Very impressed with a very helpful team. I mistakenly managed to lock my airmatic suspension into sport mode and after a few other specialists insisted there is a fault with my suspension, even though i explained what happened, a dear friend recommended MBS. MBS understood my explanation and were happy to help on the spot. Took me 5 minutes to call them, 25 minutes to drive to them, they attended the car asap and after a further 20 minutes my car was returned to me in a better state. Now i drive a very very smooth car. Well done MBS team. Massive thanks.
