   When I entered the store, the lady was arranging the products. After me, another customer came in and was served before me, and then another one after that. It wasn’t a pickup of something already prepared — it was a new order. The lady told me it would take about an hour. I came back after an hour, and my order hadn’t even been started. In the end, I waited another 30 minutes — in total, about 2 hours. The lady at the counter kept mumbling under her breath, and it was impossible to understand her. The service was terrible.

   Called to enquire if they have what I need, the person who answered was helpful and he said is new hence he had to double check if they have the quantity I need and products witch was good then the owner or who ever he was took over the phone and talked with me as he wanted to get rid of. No price details, when to collect etc I had to ask myself while he was running away from the phone but was a bit funny so I started laughing in the end. Like stupid funny of how important some think they are. Don’t recommend this place . The business needs a kick in the…. To wake up.

   If I could give a lower than one star rating I would, wasn't even greated with a hello it was, "we're busy you'll have to wait".. lady couldn't even understand what tint was in tiltable liner..was told a 30 min wait time, left part and returned 1 hour later, not even looked into... while waiting a further 30 min in store with my 6 year old daughter lady and colleague's swearing like sailors in conversation, and not mild foul language either. Extremely unprofessional will never return.
