Rubbish parts and back up when they go wrong. If your supplying a product it shouldn’t be failing within 6 months
What a strange company, I entered the shop and waited at the counter for a few minutes but none of the three people in the room so much as acknowledged my presence. Maybe they just do not want to sell anything here.
Randomly found them,but realised they have in a 80% average the best price for value in town. Despite the very good price, parts are of a high quality,never had a problem.Very realible supplier. Recommend
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Center. I visited twice and both times were frustrating. The first time, they asked if I had an account with them. Since I didn't, they told me there was no salesperson available and I had to come back the next day. When I returned the following day to get an oil filter, I was told they were too busy answering phones and there was no salesperson to assist me. Two days in a row, I received no help at all. Their customer service is severely lacking, and I will never go there again.
I have been a customer of this business for over 30 years. Today I rang to ask if a part is available. Kelly or Kerry spoke to me and said we are short staffed, the trade counter is closed I can't help you. What difference does that make to me just tell me if the part is available or not it would just take 2 minutes? Not impressed. Went to main dealer.
My car fell it's mot and the garage quoted me over the top to fix my motor vehicle, so i did some research and phoned a few places and asked a friend, and he made a phone call and sent me a new price which really shocked me as both bits I needed was a lot cheaper than the cheapest part the garage quoted me which was silly money. I got both parts for 150 ish including vat my mate fitted for £75 ..grand total £225 garage quoted over £600 Mrs was getting robbed ... so thank you H.kimber you saved us money. I would highly recommend going to them first if you ever feel like you are being ripped off
