Recently had an MOT and had to have two new tyres, it was not a problem they were replaced and I was able to take my car that afternoon which was great! Service was great! Highly recommend!
Awful experience, they totally ruined my beloved car. They don't have a clue what they are doing. I had to scrap my car after they "fixed" it.
I had a yellow engine light and droppped of the vehicle. they said dpf needs work and another item. They did the work. billed £1300 and the next day the engine light was on again... they said it needs to be taken to a specialist and they can't help further
I have been using this garage for many years and they have always given excellent service. My most recent service and MOT last week was also great, thanks to all the team!
Ten days ago, I took my car to TG Service to fix the engine light issue. They said the DPF needed to be cleaned, and one or two sensors had to be replaced, along with the oil and filter. After nine days, they called me yesterday and said the car was ready, and I could come and pick it up. When I went to the garage, they told me the total cost was £600. I needed to pay £450, and the rest would be covered by the warranty. I paid the amount, took the keys, and went to start the car. However, the same engine light on the dashboard was still on. I went back to them and informed them. They apologized and said to leave it, and they would check it again the next day. The following day, they called me again. I went back, started the car, and the same light was still on. They connected the diagnostic device and reset the light on the dashboard, saying it was now fixed. I took the car home, but after 20 minutes, the engine light came on again on the dashboard. I strongly recommend that no one goes to TG Service because they are unable to properly fix any car issues.
Have been a customer for many years, and they always give professional, friendly advice along with any work needed being carried out to high standards.
I broke down and got towed here by the RAC. They said I needed a new coil pack and proceeded to fit one. The next time I went on the motorway I broke down again so they told me they would replace it. They replaced it then the next time I got on the same motorway doing the same journey I broke down again. Took it back and they had the car for 2 days. I called on day 1 to ask for an update and they said it was the coil pack again but the car isn’t ready. I called on day 2 to ask if it’s ready, where they then proceeded to tell me they don’t know the issue and they can’t fix it and “not to drive on the motorway” Do not recommend!!
I'm having my mot and service here on the 15th October. I have used them before. This is a genuine business that people can trust! If they say something is wrong with your vehicle you can be assured they are telling you the truth. Very professional. A garage you can trust!
Absolutely amazing garage! Such friendly welcoming staff who listen to all your needs!! Antony is always great and does exactly what is required, can always count on him when my car has a funny 5 minutes! Wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my pride and joy, thank you so much!
