   First time coming to this clinic for a mole removal (shave). From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. All the staff were so lovely and kind. I was treated by Dr. Sarah Gawthorpe who is incredibly kind, empathetic and so reassuring throughout. I have a history of keloid scarring and her honesty and advice of the risks and how to prevent it (aftercare) really put me at ease. If I ever needed any skincare treatment I would definitely go back :)

   Very impressed with the professional and friendly team in Southampton. My Consultation was Dermatology related. Dr Alexi Nicola was thorough in checking my area of concern and he took time to explain the pros and cons of any procedural options. He also shared his expert knowledge relating to skin, wear & tear, and the ageing process. Lovely man who put my mind at rest and (in a nut shell) saved me a lot of money!    I get laser treatment done once a month and the lady who does it, Daisy, is always so nice, caring, and considerate. For something I find incredibly embarrassing, she really does put me at ease and takes a genuine interest in how I am and how things are going even outside of the treatment itself. Definitely deserves a lot of praise for her work and people skills. Everyone else at the front desk is also very friendly and approachable and makes what could be difficult for a lot of people a much easier and smoother situation. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for laser hair removal treatment.
