   Rob and his team were super helpful today. After coming in with only 1 hours notice prior, Rob and his highly knowledgable mechanic diagnosed the problem with my Discovery 4 within 10mins of having it on the ramp. After identifying what unfortunately was a significant issue, Rob and his team outlined a plan going forward with a non comital comprehensive rough quotation to assist in my ability to make a decision. Really refreshing to meet a team with clear honesty and integrity. The workshops and reception areas are immaculate and professionally presented. Everything you would expect a specialist service provider to look like.    Lang's Automotive in Three Legged Cross - Exceptional ! Took my A6 in for gearbox check and general inspection before warranty expires. These professionals clearly know their stuff. My car got a clean bill of health and even though they carried out several road tests and a thorough inspection, I wasn't charged a penny! Needless to say Lang's Auto will be getting my business from now on. Highly recommend!

   Rob sorted me out big time, just in time for Christmas. I’d had some mobile mechanics try and fix what I thought was a simple issue, ended up finding Langs on Google and having the car towed there. Rob recommended a recovery company based close to his workshop and I had the vehicle taken there for a very good price. Rob and his technician put in extra hours to get my car done before Christmas and I am eternally grateful and will use Lang’s exclusively from now on.    I wished I’d found Langs of Romsey sooner,I had a recurring battery drain issue on my RS4…Rob (owner) assured me he’d sort things for me.From the time of dropping my car to them I have been completely kept up to date with progress by Rob. My car was ready today and I am completely relieved ,happy and bowled over by the exemplary service from Rob and his technician. Completely honest and transparent approach to vehicle repairs/diagnostics and at a very reasonable cost…a breath of fresh air!! Finally my car was washed and valeted inside ,can not recommend Langs of Romsey highly enough.    This is my first time I’ve used Langs but it won’t be my last. They came highly recommended and I will do the same. Excellent service with Rob keeping me updated with everything that needed doing on my car.
