I called them late morning to ask if they could fix my rear suspension and not only did they get me in almost immediately, they fitted my new lights which I needed to pass my MOT, saving me alot of time. Fantastic service and lovely guys. Will be going back for all future car needs.
Had an water pump issue with my Audi, took it to our usual Audi garage to get a price and was told they'd email me. In the meantime we contacted Ian at Shirley Garage for a quote as the car wasn't driveable, he came back same day along with offering a date to get the car fixed. We took him up on the offer and it was fixed within 7 days, super happy to have the car back on the road and I feel very looked after. Will be taking the car back for any other jobs in need doing! (Oh and Audi still haven't sent a quote!)

Had some work done on my car today and couldn’t be happier. The team were very professional, efficient, and provided excellent service. The boss was friendly and approachable, which made the visit very relaxed. I never felt any pressure, and I even picked up a few useful tips along the way. My car was in for mot. The hazard light button had been pushed in and I was trying to glue it before mot. They fixed the button and glued it securely and didn’t charge. All done within 45 minutes. Fantastic service and I will use them again.
The best garage in Southampton. efficient mechanics, respectful and cheerful and the price compared to others is the best. I had a problem with my car that other garages diagnosed wrong, just few hours and got it back on the road better than before and with less price than expected. Very recommended.
Im not usually one for writing reviews, but I had to do this review for shirley garage they are hands down the best garage and group of mechanics I’ve ever come across! Every time I phone with a problem which isn’t often because they take good care of your car……they are always so helpful and polite, always reassure me and fit me in the earliest possible day. Whenever I’ve had work done they charge the minimum they can, they are the only garage that doesn’t over charge and they always get the work done as quick as possible for me. They never charge you for just checking your car whereas other garages do. Friendly and reliable! Love this garage!
