“My first experience with Cloack and Dagger was a walk in to tattoo 2 fingers and two weeks ago I was back to do 4 more in my ears and hand, totally hooked, the tattoos look better than the original designs and the perfection with the lines is incredible; the artist that worked on me was Georgia A.k.a George, she is super skilled and worked on my designs beautifully with a friendly attitude and vibe, felt very comfortable with her subtle touch. The shop is the trendiest I have seen or visited, well decorated and with beautiful designs all over; the team super friendly and the atmosphere was great! “Incredible service and fix. I had a small bump on my bumper and many shops gave me a ridiculous price to fix it and said that reason is that the colour is hard to match. Mohamed gave me an excellent quote and had the colour matched like it was out the factory. Really can't recommend enough. “I cannot rate Longcroft high enough! Daisy is an absolute dream person to leave your furry friends with while you are away. She is so nice and easy to deal with and the service she provides is fantastic. We had regular pictures and updates on how our two were doing while we were away, which is so reassuring. We have two young, indoor cats who had never been away from home before. So were a bit worried about how they would adapt but we need not have worried! “This hotel is in East London, so if you're not well acquainted with London, you could still stay here if you're open to using London Underground for travel (which would almost always be faster than Uber. I only used Uber except for going back to LHR & it was a mistake not to use the Tube, in retrospect) to central London. Since there are political/activist rallies on many Saturdays, you may not want to stay in central London (or at least, not for all your nights in London). I've had bad experiences on two separate occasions (traffic may get re-routed & you may have to walk for miles & miles). You might not wanna make the mistake of arriving at the hotel in an Uber from LHR if you have few bags, because a direct Tube line to/from LHR is a couple of minutes away from the hotel (Google Maps shows a 4 minute walk, but it's actually even less!). The hotel is right next to Westfield, one of the largest urban malls in Europe. Last week, I was upgraded to a 1 BR suite owing to my Explorist status (technically, Explorists are not eligible for suite upgrades, but Hyatt House only has suites, so a studio -> 1 BR suite upgrades is possible for Explorists. YMMV). The hotel staff is quite helpful. Carlos from the front-desk called me when my suite became ready for check-in. My bags were secutely held & transferred to my suite when it became available. The decor of the suite was quite good. Breakfast spread was better than I had imagined. Vegan croissants were also available. The hotel's guest-operated laundry facility is also quite good. As of now, you need not hassle yourself with getting coins just for laundry, because it's free for guests. Definitely the best Hyatt House property I've ever stayed at.”
