“I came here at 8:30am to get my passenger rear wheel replaced with a new tyre. I had booked an appointment and arrived on time. I was able to wait whilst my wheel was changed and carry on working from my laptop in the office. I observed Shah (the manager) and another gentleman to be trying the best with appointments they had, even though they had a lot of staff sicknesses that day (it was a Monday).
