   I recently had what I thought a major problem with my BMW, I asked around a few mechanics and all said it wouldn’t be worthwhile doing it and basically wrote me off, I then found D&TWise , these guys told me to drop it off the next morning and they will take a look, I did just that and I have to say they were amazing, I was greeted by a young chap who was friendly and made me feel at ease as I was worried about what was wrong with my car, they carried out a diagnostic and a visual check, actually lifted the bonnet and looked at where I said the knocking sound was coming from, they asked me to leave it with them and would call me that afternoon, they did just that and explained the problem, told me the price and said they could do the job the following day, I was lucky as I was on annual leave and didn’t need it, they carried out the job and I paid to the penny that I had been quoted and my pride and joy is now running like a dream, I fully recommend these guys they and honest and don’t rip you off another thing I was worried about being a female I’ve had that treatment from other garages 10/10 from me.

   I can't recommend D&T Wise highly enough! After my local mechanic suggested I might have to scrap my Mini due to blue smoke coming from the engine and exhaust despite fixing an oil leak, I was at a loss. My mechanic said it was likely an internal engine issue that only a Mini specialist could diagnose and repair, which would be very expensive. That's when I found D&T Wise on Instagram. After watching their videos and seeing how knowledgeable and professional they were, I decided to give them a call. Dan listened to my car's issue and was confident it was one of two possible problems. We discussed the potential costs for each, and I booked my beloved Mini in for repair. As a female driver making a 70-mile round trip across London to visit a mechanic I'd only found on social media, I was nervous – but I'm so glad I did! They fixed the issue, which thankfully was the lower-cost option. I collected my car the following week, and now she's driving like a dream again. I would happily make the 70-mile journey anytime to trust my Mini to D&T Wise. Their professionalism, reliability, transparency with costs and expertise are excellent! Thank you, guys!

   I went to D&T wise to have my brake pads replaced on my mini last month. I am so impressed. As a young female I always feel stupid at mechanics, however here they were so kind, friendly and honest! I 10000% will go back and use them for all my car needs. Really good price and great service! I cannot recommend more highly!

   My Mini Cooper vehicle status displayed a ‘drivetrain’ error which I have learned can cover a multitude of problems. D&T Wise ran diagnostics which flagged an exhaust vanos fault. I was quoted £945 for work and all parts should they need replacing. My car got fixed this week, only the valves needed to be replaced so cost was £476. So happy to have found an efficient honest garage. I would highly recommend the team.

   Excellent service. I have two cars I take to D&T Wise. Both had major issues - including an engine refit - which they fixed for a more than reasonable fee. I have had no problems thereafter. Initially, I had taken my cars to BMW. They had suggested I write both cars off when there was no need to. The service from Danny, Darren and Rob has been first rate. If you have a BMW, I highly recommend you go there.

   My mini had a problem with the head unit continuously rebooting - a common fault which Mini denied knowledge of, and were quoting over £200 an hour to run diagnostics plus any repairs. I called D&T Wise, they knew of the problem, had my car booked in very quickly and fixed it within one day at a really good price. The guys were absolutely lovely too. I travelled quite a distance to get there, but I would definitely make the journey to go back for any further work needed on my car after such a great experience. Highly recommended.

   Excellent and friendly service, they really seem to care. As a 28 y/o female driver who doesn’t know much about cars, I was unsure of what to expect. I Initially went for a diagnostics check for my BMW 1 Series as something sounded off, but when nothing turned up on the computer they said I could bring it back free of charge if anything changed. Eventually something did change and my heat management unit/thermostat failed just before Christmas and they were able to book me in on the first day after the holidays. They even tried their best to respond to my warranty company’s ridiculous requests and fixed my tyre pressure gratuitously. Took it in at 9am and had it back by 13:30 same day. I didn’t shop around for price so I can’t comment on comparability/affordability, but I went to one garage who said they couldn’t help, so really grateful D&T were able to identify the problem quickly and get it fixed quickly. The car drives like butter again and finally blows out warm air! Definitely my first point of contact going forward.

   The center display unit of my mini kept restarting every 20 seconds, my normal garage told me that it is not something they fixed and I will need to go find a mini specialist. Google search came up with this place with great views. I gave them a call and explained the problem, the person gave me three possible scenarios and the approximate price range. I had to wait a couple of days for a slot. Dropped car off no problem, got a call later in the day to confirm what the problem was and the cost (it was luckily the cheapest of the three scenarios). I did need to leave the car over night. Next day I got a call and text to confirm my car was ready. I had an excellent experience with D&T, the only thing that’s stops me from using them as my regular garage is they are quite far from my house. Not opened on weekends and normal office hours opening is not great if you work those hours. I’ll happily go back to them next time my car needs a mini specialist.

   Went for a quote on the bodywork needed. Dan was very friendly and experienced, able to identify the problem straight away and given a more accurate pricing in timely manner. Even I decided to go with insurance this time, I will definitely use them again in the future.
