Appointments, despite typical NHS burdens, are always timely and the GP staff one of the best I've had the benefit of being able to call on. I struggle to understand lots of the negative comments on here but guess only a rare few who've had an issue might bother to post (hence my posting my experiences today). I do particularly find using the app and website for logging issues/queries super quick so possibly would recommend that to folks who might want to avoid the morning phone rush for appointments.”
