Made an appointment for some service they provided on their website. When arrived at the clinic been told they are not able to provide such a service. Be aware that £15 booking fee won't be returned in any circumstances. Very disappointed with waiting of time and money.

Was there several times with my kids (3 and 4 years old) to get the necessary vaccines for a trip to East Africa. My girls were terribly frightened each time but the staff was very patient and tremendously helpful helping to calm them down. Very professionell and very nice!
