   Unethical money grabbing rotten to the core company. Tests suggested the luticiem was not working for my father, and they still suggested another treatment. My faster listens to all medical advice and trusted your care, even though our family told him not to given his chances. £14,000 wasted. Oh, and I should mention that one of your staff told me dad his PSA score had went down, even though the clinal results we received via email showed it went up. Train your staff and stop taking advantage of dying people.

   I attended Genesis Care in Windsor for a CT Scan. All the staff were very professional. Adele in the Patient Admin team was very helpful with my booking as a self pay patient. George on Reception was very friendly and welcoming. Roberto was absolutely amazing and I can't thank him enough for getting me through it with being such a kind, caring and empathetic man.

   I recently completed a whole-body bone/CT scan at GenesisCare in Windsor and had a truly wonderful experience. From start to finish, the care and attention I received were exceptional. Adele, the Patient Administration Officer, set the tone with her professional and warm email correspondence two weeks prior, making me feel prepared and at ease. Upon arrival, George greeted me with kindness and a warm welcome, ensuring I felt safe and comfortable. Lana, the CT Diagnostic Radiographer, was incredibly kind and empathetic, making the process feel seamless with her warm and caring nature. Roberto, the Lead Nuclear Medicine Radiographer, went above and beyond in the scanning room, creating a memorable experience by playing 80's music during my scan—it was such a thoughtful touch that made the experience both enjoyable and personal. I’m deeply grateful to these amazing individuals and the entire team for their professionalism and compassion. Thank you for making my experience so warm and memorable. Highly recommended!

   Just completed a 6 week course of immunotherapy at GenesisCare Windsor. The team were incredibly friendly, empathetic, professional and efficient. Everything went very smoothly and I felt really well looked after. Also, the building itself has a very nice, clean, relaxed and modern feel. Despite the sensitive nature of the treatment, I enjoyed my visits!

   Great place, very polite staff and very good high tech equipment. Can't go better if you have good private insurance. Dr. Marc Laniado is the best urologist surgeon for HoLEP. I can't stress how greatful I am for his professional services and warm human care in a very difficult time for me!
