Staff - Shaniqua if we’re naming names, will call you rude and aggressive waving her silly little notepad in your face if you sit with your arms crossed. Also if you dare to do something as insane as be asleep when they arrive for an unscheduled home visit they’ll seem you as “not cooperative”. Don’t go here. Waste of taxpayers money. Knock it to the ground

First impression was very poor with the psychotherapy. I was waiting for a while for my first appointment. Then just a day before they cancelled and have to wait another month. It’s really good feeling how much I worth for them.

Went there 34years ago for drink related problems, stayed there for five weeks,I didn’t understand much about the therapy at the time. But something must have registered because I have never drunk one drink again , totally changed my life. Tops

Decent training department but quite a maze to get around. Previously known as Hanwell Insane Asylum and the Hanwell Pauper and Lunatic Asylum, was built for the pauper insane, opening as the First Middlesex County Asylum in 1831. Some of the original buildings are now part of the headquarters for the West London Mental Health NHS Trust.

I am a Canadian when living in London spent about 5 months in total .The care here is better than the best.I felt respected and listened to and allowed to partake in my treatment without feeling forced. The staff are really caring and have remarkable inherent understanding of metal illness. This is the best help I have ever received.
