“I have been having laser hair removal sessions at Therapie in Epsom for a good few months now, and I have seen such excellent results so far! I have recommended it to all of my friends, and the deals they do are excellent. I had a session today with Zara, and I found her fabulous – very attentive, and very thorough – her attention to detail was fab. She also slowed down during the sections that were more painful and made sure that I was okay at all times. I can’t recommend therapie and Zara any more!”

“I have used this garage recently for clutch problems and MOT today 31/10/2025. My MOT with my Vauxhall Corsa failed due to head light bulb failure which MOTEST fixed straight away, whilst I waited. “I have been using Heads Up now for over 15 years and I now take my son there too. All the barbers work to a high standard, which is unlike any other shop I have used. Always get offered a drink on arrival. The longest I have ever had to wait is 15 minutes. Usually seen with in 5-10. Highly recommend.”

I was told that a doctor would examine the image within 3 days. I received my report less than 24hrs later. I used this company as my Dr's surgery wouldn't let me book an exact time to see my GP. Her studio is clean, hygienic and well equiped with convenient parking.”

“I must post this because it's so well deserved. The guys at Epsom HPS (and girls, in case there are any there and that offends someone) are quite unbelievable. I have been using HPS Epsom for many years but since starting semi-retirment, the business I put their way is minimal. However, they still treat me like I am spending a fortune and honestly they can't do enough to help. Every person who serves me is knowledgeable or will confer with a more knowledgeable staff member if they are struggling on a specific item or matter and they really make buying goods a pleasure. I had mislaid an invoice recently so needed to phone the branch to obtain a duplicate for my accounts. Not only was the assistant's tone very positive and helpful, he also remembered my business name and the peculiar spelling haha and had emailed me the copy invoice before I had hung up the phone. It really is a shame more businesses don't employ staff like these guys (and girls and odd identifiers) as their businesses would benefit hugely. Well done to everyone there.”

“Very quick process at outstanding prices. When asking for a part the person printed out a diagram of the relevant area and asked us to point out the required part (bolt). This ensured the correct part first time and is a very professional service. Quick and easy. The bolt was priced at a very acceptable price and the entire experience was a matter of minutes”

“An excellent experience! I bought a Ford C-Max in January 2025 following a successful test drive and good service from Wilsons. A week later an engine fault light came on, so I rang back to have it fixed. The service from this point could not be faulted. Gary Lambert came and collected my car (even though I live nowhere near Epsom) and brought me a temporary car at the same time. The fault light had actually gone out again on the day he collected it, but he said he would like to check anyway to be sure. He replaced the affected sensor, changed the batteries in both key fobs and cleaned the entire car before returning it and collecting the hire car. I could not have been more pleased with his excellent level of service, and I have been driving it since then with no problems. Thank you Gary!”

“Wonderful work done with extra kindness and compassion Everyone at the Drift Bridge Body shop is really professional - as we already knew but not many know they are also caring and kind. Foolishly, I drove my lovely Audi too close onto a kerb and caused the grill to come off, together with its body parts. Meanwhile, I had an accident and got electrocuted which seriously discombobulated me! They heard about it and the repair they did was fantastic and deserves a full 5 star rating BUT they went an extra 10 miles and made my car practically as good as new by proactively giving her an amazing new look, easing out wrinkles and giving her an amazing face scrub, lift and polish. She looks like new now. I was totally amazed to see the work they'd so kindly done and it totally made my week. Thank you guys for all your extra hard work and making me very happy! Chris B x”

“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service .
