I had my ID3 repaired at Drift Bridge Bodyshop after my neighbour hit it. Their service was excellent from start to finish. Neil handled everything directly with the other party’s insurance company, Chrissy kept me updated throughout, and the repair was completed very quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommended!

Wonderful work done with extra kindness and compassion Everyone at the Drift Bridge Body shop is really professional - as we already knew but not many know they are also caring and kind. Foolishly, I drove my lovely Audi too close onto a kerb and caused the grill to come off, together with its body parts. Meanwhile, I had an accident and got electrocuted which seriously discombobulated me! They heard about it and the repair they did was fantastic and deserves a full 5 star rating BUT they went an extra 10 miles and made my car practically as good as new by proactively giving her an amazing new look, easing out wrinkles and giving her an amazing face scrub, lift and polish. She looks like new now. I was totally amazed to see the work they'd so kindly done and it totally made my week. Thank you guys for all your extra hard work and making me very happy! Chris B x
“Avoid at all cost” I took my Audi B7 RS4 to Drift Bridge Bodyshop based on their glowing reviews and Audi-approved status, but my experience was nothing short of appalling. The car went in for a rear bumper repaint, boot lid work, and rust removal from the front wheel arch. When I arrived to collect it, the freshly painted bumper was covered in scratches, and there was a large dent in the C-pillar. Since no condition report was done when I dropped it off, it became my word against theirs — though they eventually agreed to fix it under pressure. When I collected the car again, I found the front wheel arch repair was bodged and the rust only partially treated. The bumper wasn’t even painted properly between the diffuser and bumper, leaving visible primer. I was told this was “difficult” because the car sits low — as if removing a wheel is rocket science. After taking it back yet again, I was assured everything had been done correctly. Today I collected the car to find the front wing is now a noticeably darker shade than the rest of the paintwork. At every stage, I was made to feel like I was being “picky” for simply expecting work to be done to a basic professional standard. The quality control is non-existent, the workmanship sloppy, and the customer service dismissive. I wouldn’t trust this garage with a push bike, let alone a high-performance Audi.
Had an accident and was referred to Driftbridge Body shop. What a fantastic experience. They were so helpful, friendly and super efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept me informed throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly be using them again (although hopefully not after an accident)! All the staff were wonderful And special mention to Neil and Chrissy - so kind and empathetic. Definitely 5*plus!!!
I had my VW in for some body repair recently. I must say that Christine, the lady at the reception, was very helpful. She took her time and listened to my queries and made sure that everything is dealt with what I requested. She kept me updated with regards to the progress of the work over the phone. It was a really nice experience from a car garage which is a rarity in this time and age. Neil, the garage manager, also did very well to ensure that the work is done in a satisfactory fashion. I’m very impressed with the service overall. Definitely recommend this garage.
I used drift bridge to repair some body work and dealt with Chrissy and Niel and both went above and beyond godly delaying with my booking. Needless to say the body work was just as good as the front of house service. Would absolutely recommend and will be back for all my future car needs.
My brand-new Mazda was hit from behind only four weeks after I collected it. (Everyone was okay, thankfully.) My car was sent by Mazda to Drift Bridge Body Shop, who fixed it up beautifully. Three weeks after collecting it, everything is in perfect running condition - amazing work. Chrissy kept me updated regularly by phone and email, as there were a few parts which took some time to arrive. I was really happy with the service I received from Drift Bridge Body Shop, and whilst I hope I don't have any other accidents, it's comforting to know that my vehicle will be in great hands if it ever needs any further major repairs. Keep up the great work!
