“An excellent experience! I bought a Ford C-Max in January 2025 following a successful test drive and good service from Wilsons. A week later an engine fault light came on, so I rang back to have it fixed. The service from this point could not be faulted. Gary Lambert came and collected my car (even though I live nowhere near Epsom) and brought me a temporary car at the same time. The fault light had actually gone out again on the day he collected it, but he said he would like to check anyway to be sure. He replaced the affected sensor, changed the batteries in both key fobs and cleaned the entire car before returning it and collecting the hire car.
