   Tom and his team were brilliant. After tearing my hair out to get someone to replace and restore the threshold to my front door, I'm so glad I found Tom. He was very professional throughout. Came really quickly, explained exactly what he would do and how he would do it both verbally and in a written quote. His price was really reasonable as well. They arrived when agreed and did an amazing job. Has taken such a load off my mind to know the job has been done so expertly and efficiently. It looks really good too! He even went above and beyond to tackle my faulty front door! Will definately be using them again. Can't recommend highly enough.

   We had Tom in to do a full refurbish of our hallways, stairs, bathroom and front room. When we got into the walls it turned out there was going to be a lot more work required that expected - Tom was great, talking us through all of the issues as they were found, and discussing possible solutions as we went along so that we could find something that worked and was still relatively close to the original estimate. We are extremely happy with the result, and it is becoming hard to remember just how bad the old hallways looked now we have had the new ones for a while, as they are so nice.

   Tom and his team took on a major repair and repaint job on the rear of our house over the summer and we have been delighted with the work. Tom was a pleasure to have around - responsive, reliable, friendly and professional - nothing was too much trouble. He organised scaffolding and arranged roof repairs when they were found to be necessary. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom as a rare breed in the industry: a reasonably-priced professional, who is friendly and reliable and whose work is of the highest standard.

   Tom did a fantastic job of resealing our old building which was letting moisture in. He repointed the necessary brickwork and then repaired our windows which had more or less rotted away. The building now looks great and will hopefully last us a long time!

   Tom has been a great help to us over the years - working on each of the places we have lived in across south and west London. He is a natural problem solver, and will find a way to fix pretty much anything. Reliable, detailed, hard working, and will point out things that might go wrong before they do. (Exterior painting for instance) I’d highly recommend Tom and TBPS.
