   Having used these guys to carry out an MOT I thought it was sensible to have them replace the worn discs and pads that they had highlighted to me. Having obtained a quote for around £580 the car was booked in for 2 weeks later. 45 minutes after dropping the car in I received a call to say ‘it was a bigger job’ and that it would now cost around £900! Initially this was put down to ‘parts going up in price’ (in a 2 week window) and then it was ‘5 hours labour not 3’. To be 50% out on a quote is both unhelpful and misleading. I was told to ‘take it or leave it’ and the tone of the conversations with the owner and her team was dismissive at best but definitely rude at times. It would be more useful to have said that they weren’t used to dealing with Land Rovers so I could have taken it to someone who was able to deal with it properly. Really poor service and a complete waste of everyone’s time!

   Had MOT done a few months ago which was fine and was carried out quite fast. Booked in for a oil change at 8am and was later told it would be done after lunch which is mad as an oil change should not take several hours. Woman on the phone was rude when I was shocked at how long they were going to take to do a simple oil & filter change. Go elsewhere if you value your time.

   Very dishonest garage. I went for re-gassing of my air con, and I told them there is a leak in the system. They did the re-gassing anyway and charged me £82 without doing anything about the leak, and after few days air con stopped working. If there is a leak you will know it while you're re-gassing but they were dishonest enough to ignore that and charge me full price for something that I didnt get any value from. When I went back they said, its the condenser needs replacing and quoted me £376. I found another quote for the same job in Epsom for £280. But the most important thing is, I just feel like they stole my £82 for no reason.

   We took my car to this garage after having a service done on it with another garage who advised it had some issues , one of them being the brakes . Car care got us seen very quickly and within hours after doing a full inspection told us nothing was wrong with my car . We liked how efficient and honest they were . To top it off they didn’t even charge us for looking at it . Would definitely recommend this company .
