Would definitely recommend Plamen. He came to fix my oven that wasn't heating. Came the very next day of the booking and was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed it and made sure it was all working properly before leaving. Was very happy with his service.
Plamen was easy to communicate with and flexible with his arrival time. He popped on shoe coverings without hesitation (a big plus in my eyes), diagnosed and fixed our oven within ~20 mins going as far as to showing us the cause of the issue (in this case a broken heating element). Very polite and tidy. Highly recommend.
Plamen was one of those engineers you hope for, that are far and few between. Very polite and looked for the cheapest option for us, he was delayed (you have to expect that imo) but phoned kept us up to date. Knows his stuff so recommend all day long
Pretty awful experience. I was told engineer was coming at 9 to 1. No contact on the day so I phoned him. Said he would come at 3.30, then appeared at the door at 11.30! Looked at the appliance for 5 mins and said he couldn't help, told me to buy a new one, despite the call centre saying they could fix it. Complete waste of £79.
Exceptional service from start to finish. Booking was very easy, the lady on the phone was really helpful and engaging. The engineer arrived within the agreed time slot, was really polite, put covers on his shoes and fixed my tumble dryer within minutes. Fantastic service, highly recommend.
