Not good. A 'while you wait MOT' with max wait of 3 hours. At booking "likely within one hour." I returned after 3 hours, and car still not ready. MOT just completed. Staff unable to explain minor issues without getting support. Car still not washed or cleaned as included in price. Told would be another 30 minutes. Seems like a way to slack on their costs. Car also blocked in space so high risk of getting knocked. Car park over full but no maintenance staff or valet visible. Unlikely to return.

Excellent service. I am a delivery driver and a few days ago I had to drop a vehicle and also to pick one up. There had been an overturned lorry on M25 so the traffic was horrendous, the service centre closed at 5 pm and I did not arrive until 5.25, as the gates were still open I went in, meet a guy who turned out to be a Wilson’s director, he arranged for me to deliver and pick up. So a big thanks from me, and if you can deal with a delivery driver in that way I believe if you are buying from them the service would be even better.

I have no words, Point one - I have a Nissan qashqai. They have given me a courtesy car which I have to pay for that isn’t fit for use or at all a like for like. I’ve said I’m not taking responsibility for any damage caused to the car by going down dirt tracks which I have too for the horses. Point two- trying to charge me £396 for a diagnosis on an oil leak. This is just ludicrous Point 3 my health check shows brake pads and tires are above legal minimum yet they get failed on the MOT- still waiting for photographic evidence to prove they didn’t pass. The biggest thing that’s made me angry is someone point blank LIED to me on the phone and said as part of my extended warranty contract it HAD to be done with them. RAC have confirmed today that isn’t the case and it could have gone to another garage. This is the last time I will be using Wilson’s and I will be going back to Nissan directly or a more local garage where they actually care about customer service. The only reason I’ve given 1 extra star is because one of the lovely ladies has agreed to deduct some funds because I’ve been out of work for three months and yet Wilson’s are still trying to grab over 1k from me right now. Not a happy bunny at all.

I don't recommend it. The service is poor. The car has a 5-year warranty, and when I asked for the cameras to be checked because the image was fluctuating and for the map to be updated, they said it wasn't their responsibility. I should schedule another service and pay. When I pointed out after service that the filters hadn't been replaced in last three years and on the paper is marked as replaced on the list, they said the next service will change, and some answers from 2 y. Pay a big money for nothing.

An excellent experience! I bought a Ford C-Max in January 2025 following a successful test drive and good service from Wilsons. A week later an engine fault light came on, so I rang back to have it fixed. The service from this point could not be faulted. Gary Lambert came and collected my car (even though I live nowhere near Epsom) and brought me a temporary car at the same time. The fault light had actually gone out again on the day he collected it, but he said he would like to check anyway to be sure. He replaced the affected sensor, changed the batteries in both key fobs and cleaned the entire car before returning it and collecting the hire car. I could not have been more pleased with his excellent level of service, and I have been driving it since then with no problems. Thank you Gary!

Took my car for a full service, warm welcome on arrival and the process was explained to me clearly. Called for an update later in the day and spoke to a lovely lady who gave me a time update. The gentleman looking after my car, Joe, called not long after and I collected my car with all paperwork prepared. Joe was super friendly and professional throughout, would highly recommend.

Very disappointed. Booked the car in for a service to fix brake squeal. Made it quite clear on the booking form that this was the problem to be fixed. Took my car in at 8.30am and confirmed with the booking person that the brake squeal was the problem to be looked at. Car was first examined at 4.00pm when a normal service was completed with no consideration of the actual problem. Service manager Carly said she was not told about the problem although we had made it quite clear. Had to come home with a not fixed car and a bill for £166 service. Only use this garage if you want a 'regular' service and know there is nothing wrong with your car, otherwise avoid. In response to Wilsons' response to my review... as I said, we were quite clear to the person booking in my car when we arrived that this was the problem to be looked at and it is disingenuous of Wilsons to blame this solely on the Hyundai booking system when it is clearly their staff at fault. After the event I did take up with Wilsons how to get my brakes fixed and was offered diagnostics (only) for a further £99. As I said before avoid this garage.

had my car serviced earlier this week. Called the day before and was given very clear in instructions by a lovely lady to explain where to drop the keys and park after hours. The next day was contacted by Carly to say the car was ready to collect took only a few hours. Pick up was a breeze again in and out within a few minutes. Great service, friendly staff.

I have booked a my car service from the official dealer at Wilson Epsom, when I show up, there is no such record. When I tried to show the receptionist my booking confirmation, they just don't care and mocking me about it. I have to call the official dealer and after 30mins, Wilsons Epsom finally sent someone from their team. No apology at all. They are providing services on behalf of a number of brands, but I would recommend you to go somewhere.

Very poor after sales care at Wilson's and only after we experienced it, did we hear the horror stories from those that had bought from here before and experienced the same. Currently got one car with an offer to return it for a refund after having it in with the service team 8 or 9 times in 5/6 months! Gary is good, helpful and wants to help, but their ability in the service team is dreadful, they need training on how to properly service a car.
