   Update 28/11/25 One of the team came out and went thiugh everything with me and help me resolve some issues that i was expericing. I have read some really negitive reviews and mine was one of them and i will leave that below. Insurance claim through quotemehappy as my car has been sent to solus epsom. Sent my car there at first was very easy even supplyed with one of thier cars. Car was deliver back to me after saying they are waitinf for a bumber as the first one came damaged. Once starting the car to do a walk around check noticed indercator light out and engine management light on. The driver had long since gone with out me signing anything. I called back and said that the repairs havent been compleated and with now a new issue as the car never was sent off with the enegine mamagement light on, admited by them and the photos sent to them. I was told that the light being out caused the faut to rise, i am now waiting for it to reapear nowing that they will say it is a new issue and not related to the accident. The car came back yesterday and i havent driven it since today and now having a noise comeing from the stearing and have lost all sound out of my head unit i know the car has been reset becaue my trip comouter is at 0 and the clock was compleatly wrong. The kicker is that now my new keather seats that have just been reupholsted are now covered in ditry marks from what i guess is oil because it isnt wiping off with anything. I am now having to wait till tomorrow to speak to some engineer becaude there is none on site. I am deeply concered on how this will continue because i need this car back i have a large familey and it is causing me and my heavly pregnant partner stress. I have asked via email for a further call to decuss but have not heard anthing and im having to call to try and get some answers but that now wont happen till tomorrow date of writing this 27/11/25. I will update this futher

   This was the worst experience I ever had with a garage. I just had my car delivered for the 3rd time. Twice before I didn’t accept the car as the repair was done so bad. There were gaps between the bumper and the headlights. The grill was hanging loose. They tried to deliver the car the second time exactly the same as it was. And now after almost two weeks I get my car. The gaps are still there, Just slightly better plus one of the lights doesn’t work and the battery cover was loose left on the engine when I opened the bonnet. I got the car and paid the excess as I had enough. I must say the staff are lovely and polite but the main point of me going there was to get my car fixed which it wasn’t done properly

   Absolutely amazing service! Had some work done a few months back and needed to return for a little more. They're always so welcoming and helpful, especially George! He always looks after us and makes sure we're happy. He even managed to get our car cleaned for us while we waited. A true gentleman!

   Insurance repair, good communications throughout and pretty quick turnaround. The only issue was that they gave us a manual courtesy car citing no auto available but no heads up beforehand, and ended up having to get Enterprise to provide an auto a few days later.

   If zero stars was available I would Avoid this place take your car else wear pay the extra excess and go to a reputable repair shop a more in dept review is coming. Katie especially is the rudest "customer care manager" I've ever come across she needs training asap.

   Directed to Solus by my insurance company for repairing some body and paintwork (two simultaneous claims) on my car. Went through the registration of the claims easy online and was then contacted by the very friendly booking team who helped me along the way because I had to reschedule the appointment a couple times. No problem at all and always with a smile. Very polite and friendly man came to pic up the car at home and leave a courtesy car. An engineer called as soon as the car entered the garage to go through the work and he also gave some advice about a previously poor paint job done (not by Solus) which they were trying to fix at the same time. Car delivered back at the promised time and it looks brand new and was also washed and polished. I also noticed that they had taken care of and redone the previously poor done job as well which now looks great. The car was away for a while but seeing the result it was worth the wait. A really good experience thanks to all the friendly people at Solus that I was in contact with. You were all really good ambassadors for your company.

   I was directed to Solus Epsom by my insurer following a car accident. A fairly big job with 2 door replacements are more. I uploaded pictures of the damage and they got back to me within 30-minutes. They kept me updated on when the parts came in and what the estimated repair time would be. The results were amazing. Couldn't tell the replacement and original parts apart (paint work was great). A special thank you to George! Great customer service and quality work. Thanks!!
