I can not possibly put in to words how amazed I am by the level of customer service I recieved today and how helpful & kind Jamie & Billie where, going above & beyond and out of there way to help me get out of a very stressful set of circumstances on top of a tyre blow out which left me stranded. I am truly grateful to both Billie and Jamie who are an absolute credit to the company. They helped me endlessly to get back on the road as quick as possible and problem solve. Thank you so much I was blown away and very much appreciated. The level of service I recieved by them both deserves much recognition and as a company 5 star! Would highly recommend! Very happy customer!! Hard to beat that service. And will be returning :)
Highly recommend! Billy and the team were superb from start to finish. They repaired a tyre on our Tesla (and also stocked the right tyre needed in case too) honest, friendly and well priced They have the equipment and knowledge to work on Teslas and we will be using them again 100%

Fantastic service from Setyres Epsom today, when my tyre pressure loss indicator came on. Thorough checks on offending tyre, and they definitely went the extra mile for my safety and assurance. Comfy waiting area, and great service with a smile all around. Would definitely recommend! These guys are the best, thankyou so much.
Very bad service from manager Jeff, Perchest a tyre 3wks ago & a young lad who you can see has problems was doing my tyre & all the manager did was stand there shouting at him! your a bully & discace
Absolutely useless and horrendous customer service. I purchased a tyre 2 weeks ago on the basis that they would order another as they only had one in stock. I was told that the tyre would arrive in a week, called on Wednesday to see if the tyre was in stock of which I was assured it was, and said I would be down on Saturday first thing. 8:30am on a Saturday morning I was then told that the tyre was not in stock! The team were reluctant to help and quite frankly rude, no effort to resolve the situation bearing in mind this was down to their miscommunication. I proceeded to phone another tyre shop who had a tyre at a different location, but they drove to collect and fitted straight away, no hassle at all. Thank you SURBITON TYRES! Just goes to show how independent businesses go the extra mile to retain their customers, and how franchises will just hire anyone who wants a job, not looking at the individuals attitude and ability to resolve issues, especially in a customer facing role! These are just basics! Utterly useless, avoid like the plague, go anywhere else that sells tyres, or just get the bus.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, bought a set of 4 tyres, after 1 week I got a nail, brought my car in to get it repaired. They took out a small nail and created a hole big enough to put your thumb through. Needless to say it only lasted a few hours. I have my car towed in for the 2nd time and they now charged me for another tyre after they ignorantly ruined the first one. I’m in over £680 for a tyre within a week and a half. Do not trust these guys. They’re looking to take your money anyway they can including sabotaging your property for profit
Wait times were long due to how busy they are, but got what I needed at reasonable price. Staff helpful and friendly
We pulled in here about an hour from closing, having landed at Gatwick from a week's holiday and finding a tyre had gone flat. I didn't want to drive the whole hour and half home on the spare. The rest of the tyres were near to replacement. They gladly fit us in, found the right tyres for our car without trying to up sell us, got them on and us on our way in less than an hour. EVERYONE was extremely friendly, professional and polite.
