    Customer service isn't great. They did the tyre change as promised. They took a long time about it, which I know I can personally do in 20 mins. However, it's a lease vehicle which is why I didn't. After replacing the tyre, they couldn't be bothered to re-attach the spare wheel to underneath the vehicle. No real permanent person on the front desk. Seemed like a senior fitter was multi tasking. Wouldn't bring my personal car here.

    Took my car in with a badly leaking exhaust this morning.. AFter warning me that there may be problems sourcing parts for old Mercedes cars like mine, Mark said he'd take a quick look to assess what the problem was. 10 minutes (and apparently 3 stock bolts later he returned to say job done, no charge. Brilliant! Thanks Mark.

    I had 4 new tyres fitted + rebalancing etc. and immediately afterwards, experienced significant vibrations at speeds >40mph. I reported it immediately. The response was defensive, denying that it could have been anything to do with them! But they eventually begrudgingly agreed I could return the vehicle for inspection. When I returned, I explained the issue appeared to be resolving itself but that some vibration remained. The manager essentially refused to do any work to assure themselves that everything was in order. Also absent was any kind of undertaking that if the issue persisted, they would resolve it. Perhaps he is a religious man, but faith is something best left to a priest and not a tyre-fitter. The manager did agree to carry out a visual inspection for which I am appreciative. They did not see any defects, and I can confirm the issue appears to be fixing itself (how, I don't know (and neither do they), but I do know that if I was in that role, I would feel duty-bound to satisfy myself the vehicle was safe and that the customer felt confident that it was. I should give credit to another more junior member of staff who seemed willing but I believe was not allowed to take a more detailed look, perhaps - I speculate - because they were too busy. Given the potential risks of inadequately fitted tyres, the attitude and standard of care from the manager is not good-enough, and, the acid test is probably this: if the issue returns, I would pay someone else to take a look than to return to Epsom Kwik Fit.

    The mechanics are friendly and helpful, and gave really good customer service both during my most recent and previous visits. They very clearly explained the problem and what my options were. The prices I've paid for the tires and work done on my car are very reasonable, with decent availability for appointments so I'll keep returning.

    Booked my car in for 4 new tyres - job seems to have been done fine, service received was ok/average. I was told by the employee that one of my centre caps had been broken and that they would contact me in a couple of days with a replacement. No contact received so I’ve just had to buy a new one myself instead.

    highly unprofessional service, didn't pay attention to details and i can image there's such a mess during the operations. Changed new tyres in this branch but only recent found that all my original metal valve caps have been replaced with cheap plastic ones. However, they claimed they always keep everything in high standard, and this must be replaced by some else, or maybe myself. If anyone who fancy to take a £10-£15 accessory in to their pockets, why did they still need to put a replaced cheap plastic ones? e.g. your iphone has been stolen from your pocket but they put a ipod in at the same time. what a thoughtful gift... Did I really care about such little things? No... I just want to double check if they did anything wrong. Not surprising me, they pointed out this could be done by myself, or some else. The last very interesting point: as staff claimed, a plastic one is even much better than metal one cuz it's not easy to be rusted. So, if anyone trying to book service, don't forget to pay as less as you can, cuz bring more cash will also burn more calorie from your body, that is not good for your health in these chilly weather.

    Appalling! Visit on a Sunday as has a puncture and quoted £258 for a tyre that I could book fitting on for the next day at £198. Attitude was terrible, its Sunday I know I’m the only place open and you have a puncture. Will be reporting to trading standards and advising everyone to stay well clear. When somebody is in need it is not an opportunity to rip them off!

    Dave.. what a mechanic .. One employee can boost brand image so much, I never knew it.. Went for servicing and tyres, Dave pointed out and resolved lot many small problems my car had, these small ones could have converted into biggies if not resolved timely. Thanks again... I will recommend them to the moon and back..
