   I have been having laser hair removal sessions at Therapie in Epsom for a good few months now, and I have seen such excellent results so far! I have recommended it to all of my friends, and the deals they do are excellent. I had a session today with Zara, and I found her fabulous – very attentive, and very thorough – her attention to detail was fab. She also slowed down during the sections that were more painful and made sure that I was okay at all times. I can’t recommend therapie and Zara any more!

   Thérapie Clinic Epsom consistently provide a warm and friendly atmosphere. They ensure I am comfortable throughout my treatment while also up keeping a high level of professionalism and care. They provide lots of reassuring advice and always answer my silly questions about the treatments! Would recommend highly. Shoutout to Amber Clark who has been amazing, we always have such a laugh and I genuinely enjoy my appointments with her!

   I’ve had my first laser hair removal treatment for a full face with Kazhan today. Kazhan was really welcoming, professional and friendly. She asked whether it was my first time doing laser hair removal and how I was feeling. She explained each step before we started and made sure I was okay regularly during the treatment. The cooling air really helped from the heat of the laser. Kazhan made my first experience very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at the Epsom branch! My face laser session with Sophie was absolutely fantastic she was so gentle, attentive, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the treatment. My skin already feels great! My full body session with Kazhan was also a wonderful experience. She was professional and kind, and I can’t wait to continue my sessions with her. And a special mention to Victoria, the most amazing manager I’ve met! She keeps everything so organised and creates such a happy, welcoming atmosphere. She truly makes me want to come back and try more treatments when I have more time. Highly recommend this place such a lovely team and great service!

   Awful service and poor result of the laser hair treatment. Absolutely no way I would ever use this clinic again. I had brilliant results of full body laser treatment at the other clinic in London (not this chain). I want people to be aware and do not waste their money on services by unprofessional practitioners. Please do not use them. Even after my complaint and admitting the poor job the manager refused to help. Unbelievable. Do not use this clinic for laser hair treatment and avoid the disappointment of money and time wasted.
