   Always a pleasure coming to this clinic. I have been coming here for years, staff are welcoming and so lovely. The manager felicity is always so polite and a pleasure to deal with every time I pop in. I have been having laser for years in different places but have stayed with this clinic for around 5 years now as I noticed the difference in their machines- best around!

   Great care and personal service. Clinic clean and staff friendly. The only two things I would mention that are not staff related are cost and parking. This is no reflection on the care and professionalism to receive. My therapist is great and makes the process less scary. Much are us taken.

   Have had a great experience with microneedling, where I was explained everything thoroughly in the original consultation and then in my course of 3 treatments had Leanne. She has been very careful and made me feel comfortable throughout, and has made sure to thoroughly do the treatment each time for the results to be as good as possible. Would highly recommend. Very nice professional and clean environment, with reception staff being lovely too and very easy to book or adjust appointment times.

   Always professional always putting well being first. Honest staff and have gone out of their way to help. Been using SKIN since 2011 and have always maintained high standards. Most importantly I feel confident and safe using their service. They know their machines they understand differing skin types, the staff are highly trained. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatment.

   I booked in for a check on a mole/freckle on my cheek. The practitioner was so lovely and put me at ease straight away. Everything was explained thoroughly. I was told that a doctor would examine the image within 3 days. I received my report less than 24hrs later. I used this company as my Dr's surgery wouldn't let me book an exact time to see my GP. As I also work with clients I decided to go this route. I have to say for me, it's money well spent. Thanks so much.

   Friendly, clear and easy to understand service. Don’t have anything bad say. Update: Answered all my questions, first session was great. Particularly pain free and I generally don’t handle pain well. The cold cooling device helps. Just listen to some music and relax! Would recommend. Just remember to shave every single corner!

   I booked my appointment and was told that the charge would be £100 for consultation. I asked did this include any treatment I may need at that time . I was told yes if they can do it at this visit. I paid my deposit of £50. When I went for my appointment I was very pleased with the reception and my Dr was very professional. I was in and out in 10 mins. Very happy!! Until I was informed that I now had a charge of £238 to pay. I queried the charge and explained what I was told when I booked the appointment. The receptionist said that I was told wrongly by the call centre and there is a consultation charge then treatment charge. So I paid £288 for a 10 minute small Walt removal. £28.80 a minute. It’s a shame I feel ripped off . if I had been told of the price before I would still have had it done and I would quit happy. Just be upfront with your price structure.
