   Very disappointed! I thought they were part of the Ford dealership however I don’t think they are. Phoned them for prices on engine oil and thought “that’s a fair price for genuine oil “ When I got there to collect I found out it wasn’t and Halfords or other motor factors sell oe after market oil much cheaper. I was caught out on the spot and of course I could have refused to buy the after market oil however in the moment I was confused. Lesson learned.

   The bloke who works here (in parts plus) is rude and obnoxious, I wanted to order a part for my own car and refused to give me the part number even though I was ordering from a different parts plus dealer. I eventually got the part name out of him (that’s the one star) He has no customer service skills, does NOT put himself in the customers shoes and you should stay clear of this dealer.

   Very quick process at outstanding prices. When asking for a part the person printed out a diagram of the relevant area and asked us to point out the required part (bolt). This ensured the correct part first time and is a very professional service. Quick and easy. The bolt was priced at a very acceptable price and the entire experience was a matter of minutes

   Good accessible parts for any ford car. The parts plus are part of the ford Epsom but is located opposite to the actual ford showroom. The reason for the 4 stars is I was quoted a different price over the phone and when I got there they said a different price because apparently it didn't include vat. If your telling a customer a price please tell them the final price they are going to pay and not mislead the customer. Other than that friendly customer service and clean building.

   Needed rear brake lines for a Ford Mondeo 2.2 TDCi, phoned up and spoke with Ryan - he was extremely helpful in helping me find exactly the right part number, and sent me a PDF schematic so i could double check. Ordered the part and it was available for collection the next day! Will definitely use for all my future part requirements !!
