“Our son had a football match nearby and we popped into this café — what a hidden gem. A few of us grabbed bacon rolls, coffees and pastries for the parents. Super friendly staff, great coffee, and really lovely pastries and sandwiches. We’ll definitely be back.”
“Came here today with my girlfriend. She ordered the fruit. I ordered a bacon, sausage, hashbrown and mushroom bagguete and was happy with the quality and portion size very filling”
“A wonderful place to visit. Part of the charity Waythrough, the Old Moat operates a garden centre, cafe, gift shop and walled garden...and wellbeing service for local people dealing with mental health challenges. Well worth supporting and tasty home made cakes!”
“Really lovely family run cafe. We had lunch and a big mug of tea - all delicious. The owners are friendly and welcoming, chatting with regulars but making us all feel welcome.. We will be back.”
“An really super coffee shop and cafe. The coffee in particular, is excellent, as is the service from all of the friendly staff.”
“Delightful traditional Portuguese cafe, I have been coming for years with the coffee and bifanas top quality. Vasco the owner is a good man.”
“Very lovely food with great service. Always a bubbly and welcoming experience whenever we go there.”
“My favourite place around. Comfort food at its finest, fresh and made with love by Kiosk Kieth! The charitable work the Tea Hut does makes the cause almost as appealing as the food itself. Prices are brilliant, cash only being a minor inconvenience but aided by the Cash machine at Tattenham Corner Co-op shop. Greasy butties, sandwiches, chips, burgers, pastries and confectionaries offer the ideal menu for a shack on the downs. Car park behind if you're coming just for the food too. Keith is lovely and easy to talk to, and regularly end up chatting to other customers as we patiently wait for scrumptious sandwiches. Can sometimes wait a little while for food during peak times but the quality, coupled with the price, makes it totally worth the wait. Will never stop coming”
“Great Cafe , nice clean full English (not greasy) well worth a visit”
“Lovely food, reasonably priced. Enjoyed the veggie sandwich and prego roll. Service was good. Would go back. Just wish they did Portuguese Chicken and chips. Coffees are good. Atmosphere is simple cafe style.”
“Very good food for a cafe and the coffee is exceptional Great service. Very quick, friendly and attentive. Reasonable prices with large portions We'll be going back 100% Recommend you give it a try if you're in the area”
“Excellent small independent business in the heart of Epsom market place close to cklok tower The owner is warm friendly as is another staff Ella and Maria!!!”
“Had an amazing birthday party here for my son's 4th birthday. The absolutely loved it and the food was really tasty. I didn't have to lift a finger apart from bringing the cake and party bags and it was great fun watching the kids enjoying the party games!”
“The best Hummus I had in London and its surrounding (and I know my hummus well!). You MUST try any of the hummus options, lamb kibbeh and Tabbouleh. It is super fresh! Prices are reasonable - value for money is excellent! Recommended for take out ONLY because place is too small. Owner runs the place alone, hard working and knows his Middle Eastern cuisine well. You are great and we are very happy to have your place so close to where we live!”
“I was in screen 8 today, when part way through the movie 2 people came in, disturbing the whole screen, and because it was a horror film, it ruined the entire atmosphere. Luckily, one of the employees, managed to come in and removed them, which helped me enjoy my movie again. Credit to the guy, he did it in a such great way despite the situation.”
“The Lads are awesome always polite and remember you if you attend multiple times coffee is good food is good you can't go wrong here in my opinion”
“Great food and reasonable prices! Good CS as well. I’ll definitely come back!”
“The desert pancakes (that come with ice cream and syrup) were the best pancakes I ever had. Partner liked the chips as well.”
“Ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala and two breakfast sets. The breakfast sets are done very well. Hash brown is crunchy, fried egg is done just right and the bacon is caramelised. The chicken tikka masala is very refreshing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming as well.”
“Amazing place for any healthy food through out the day!”
“I visited for the first time yesterday morning, I can honestly say it was the best coffee I've ever had! Atmosphere was really nice and chilled out, staff were lovely and friendly with a high quality service - highly recommended their triple chocolate brownie or their giant rainbow cookie for a tasty snack, and the latte they make is absolutely delicious. Will definitely be visiting again!”
“Always lovely food, great choices, very friendly service.”
“Fabulous Cafe located on Tattenham Crescent, Epsom Downs. Great breakfast choice, lovely covered outside seating area, easy parking. Totally recommend”
“A nice relaxing place to grab a costa coffee and a bite to eat in a busy Epsom Hospital. Most people don't know it's here, hidden on the second floor at the back of the Hospital.”
“Premier Inn Epsom South is a great place to say. Staff are incredibly accommodating, friendly and go above and beyond for their guests. If I am in the area again I will be staying here. Thank you to all staff for making my work trip pleasant, comfortable and relaxing. I would 100% recommend.”
“Great food! And great service! Will definitely go back!”
“A cold and slightly rainy Sunday morning deserves a coffee and walnut cake, with a cappuccino, right? Both were lovely, and one of the young ladies from the staff there asking how the coffee and cake were is a nice welcoming gesture. There’s a play area at the back of the shop (which I didn’t photo as there are children playing there) and the overall ambience was pleasant.”
