   Stayed in the Travelodge over the Christmas period. The location is excellent being virtually next door to the train station. Plenty of supermarkets and bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms were as expected, clean and well decorated. I had a slight issue with towels most days as house keeping would only supply us with 1 towel even though I booked a double room with 2 occupants. The supervisor downstairs (Stebin) was very helpful and rectified the towel issue. I also booked an extra night online and he made sure that it was linked to the original booking so that we didn't have to move rooms. A very decent chap, always smiling and willing to help, a credit to your Company, was a breath of fresh air to be honest. Will definitely be coming back.

   Hotel check list Ease of checking in..yes with app Reception staff.. Very helpful Room.. Very clean great bed and pillows Location..spot on centre of Epsom Price.. excellent Please don't worry about the rubbish reviews, this one is a winner.

   Lovely, clean room with sufficient supplies. Easy to get to the room via lift or stairs. Lovely, polite and helpful staff. Easy access to shops/cafes/restaurants and car park. Very comfortable bed with minimum noise.

   Great stay at this hotel. I can't fault it The staff were very nice. A lovely young lady on Friday evening and a young chap called Stebin. Both very attentive. I needed an iron and ironing board. They gave me both for free with no issues The room was spotless and the shower was hot and powerful. The windows completely block the road noise and the trains next door The only 1 thing, was the bed was really creaky. But it was a huge bed and a lovely mattress. Very happy with the stay

   Couldn’t give room key so had to go to reception every time I wanted to get in and out of the room. Bathroom smelt Came back in the morning and stood around 40 minutes with no one reception to let me in, made me late for work. Queue of people at reception all waiting for same thing. You expect it to be abit shoddy if it’s a travel lodge but this one is something else. Definitely worth the extra £8 for premier inn.

   Horrible place, rooms old and need refurbishing, first room i was given had massive wet patch in the room, was moved no problem. Unfortunately moved next to the exit door which was constantly slamming as people entered/exited. Really bad place to stay.

   Room was to the usual Travelodge standard - clean, spacious enough, comfy bed and decent shower. There was some noise from the nearby railway line but not enough to disturb my sleep. We had ordered and paid for 2 breakfast boxes each day, but on the last day I was there, they only had 1 box for us, which wasn’t so good. We were offered a credit voucher for the missing one when we should have been offered a refund.

   Very poor experience. Checked in at 3:30pm and room still had dirty laundry and had not been cleaned. Offered an alternative- this did have clean sheets and towels, but room had not been cleaned. Bins were full, toilet dirty, shower dirty and carpet obviously not vacuumed for some time. I found a cleaner’s bucket by the lifts and cleaned the bathroom myself. There was no cleaning service during my 2 night stay. I don’t know who the manager is, but there’s no oversight or care about the cleanliness of the rooms. Although I’ve previously stayed here and been happy, I won’t be back and won’t recommend this hotel to anyone else.

   I have stayed there for a couple of weeks the size of the room was fine but the house cleaning service was nasty. I have told them to do the cleaning 3 or 4 times but they responded after 5 days so you can imagine how good their services are You can't sleep well because of the early morning train after that every 30 or 40 minutes your bad will shake literally Traffic noise was too much.
