We took our Audi to CT for it's first service on the recommendation of our daughter. CT lived up to the praise that she had given it. Service completed in the stated timeframe, and was definitely better value than an Audi garage!
A very efficiently executed repair to my VW Tiguan. (New air compressor and water pump required). CT Cars quickly assessed what was required and kept me informed of progress. Good to be able to talk to the management and mechanics directly. Seems a very affable working relationship
Went to CT Cars following a phone enquiry to them regarding a timing belt replacement for my wife’s VW UP. I had a friendly conversation and professional response an e-mail the next day with full Estimate for the job. A very competitive price compared to the main dealer! The work was subsequently carried out by them along with an MOT. Very impressed will be back when the next service is due.
CT Cars did everything so incredibly well I came away speechless. Having had poor experiences at the main dealer and other garages my expectations were low - however these guys aced it, value for money, quality of work, explanation of findings - all brilliant. If you’ve got a VW (of some flavour) try them - easily the best experience in the last 20 years

Following a few issues with my Golf I took it to CT Cars. They have performed several diagnoses and repairs to my car. Throughout the service has been excellent from booking to collection. With diagnoses of faults the causes are not always clear, I have appreciated that CT Cars have diligently worked through what could be causing the fault, giving me clear explanations and the route forwards throughout. This is a contrast to other garages where the approach can be just to fit new parts. I would recommend this garage and will definitely be using them again.
A massive thank you to Mikey and the team at CT Cars, engine warning light came on late two nights ago, they diagnosed first thing in the morning as I had to make a meeting later that morning, by the following morning I had my car back fixed.
