“This garage and its staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. If they can save you money with advice, they will, rather than accepting the job and charging unnecessary, ridiculous amounts, like other Mitcham garages. I have had bad experiences with other local garages. I never have any issues with this garage, and use them for my MOT also. When I book in advance, my MOT is done promptly.”

“Great company to deal with. My car was damaged when a car I was going past opened their door. Took off the wing mirror, damaged the front and rear passenger doors and took off the door handle. Spoke to my insurer (Admiral) who advised this was their authorised repair local to me. Accident was on Thursday 1pm and insurance informed within 15mins. Fix Auto called Friday morning to ask for photos to check extent of damage and communicate with the insurance company. Monday morning got a call and car was booked in for collection or delivery on Wednesday. As they open at 07:30 meant I could drop off on my way to work. Quickly turned around on collection and got a nearly brand new courtesy car. I estimated it would take 4 days to fix and got a call on Monday afternoon to collect. Damage was invisible, car immaculate - was cleaner than when I bought this car second hand from a dealer who had done full deep clean. Even the boot was spotless and got all the cat fur off, from our cat who goes on holiday with us! From contact to get photos to collecting the car took under 10 days and under 5 days (4 if discount Sunday) for the repair. Amazing work ethic, super friendly staff, amazing communication - each call if missed was followed by a text to say what they called about, rapid phone responses. So glad Admiral use them and wouldn't hesitate to use them as a private customer.”

“Chris you are the best mechanic I ever met. My Vauxhall Zafira was handle by 5 mechanics every time their diagnostics tell them to change mass sensor, throttle body, etc for the last 2 years spend lot of money on the parts and mechanic. One mechanic told me to drive with the engine on as Vauxhall is always like that. Finally one Romanian friend recommended Chris. I have not told him that I have used 5 mechanics before. I saw Chris checking the engine and told me one cap needs replacement. He kept for few hours and he fixed the engine light problem. Chris you are superb. I will recommend to others.”

“Cannot rate them highly enough! Having only owned Audi or BMW before, I was anxious about finding a reliable specialist near me for my first Mercedes. My newly purchased CLK 350 was recently serviced and was only in need of an oil change and a fix for a squealing and weak parking brake. I also had a lot of general queries about CLKS and Mercedes. They also cleared out some historic engine diagnostic codes and gave the whole car a thorough inspection. I arrived just 20 minutes before the shop closed to collect my car and mentioned an issue I had with the clock of the car on the dash which could not be adjusted as the old navigation system removed. Luke instantly told me he would give it a go. While it didn’t work out because a CD was needed to do this and the shop was about to close, I highly rate their helpful and professional attitude. To summarise, In all my interactions with them, they were extremely professional, transparent and helpful. It’s clear that they know Mercedes cars inside out and their premises are also top notch.
