I cannot fault this garage. The level of service is impeccable. I used to go directly to Toyota for my old Aygo, but was recommended willow motor works. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m always seen quickly, commutation is on point and I am always kept in the loop while the car is with them. I can’t recommend them enough.
I had my car’s alignment done at Willow Motor Works and the service was excellent from start to finish. The reception team were welcoming and transparent about cost and timing. The technicians checked the suspension first, then completed a full alignment and talked me through the results with a clear before-and-after report.
I had a clunking noise coming from the suspension and these guys investigated thoroughly before fixing it. A previous garage had told me it was the shocks (which is wasn't) without any investigation so would have lost that money. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Very honest about pricing and timescales as well.

Called Willow Motor Works on the off chance they'd be able to help with a repair on my vehicle as this is where I usually go for services and MOT. Chris said I could come in same day without an appointment for them to assess the damage and see what my options were. The undertray had detached from my vehicle and was slightly damaged. Chris very kindly reattached the part there and then for me at no cost. He advised the cost of a new part if/when I decide to have the damaged one replaced and said he could get that ordered for me if I go ahead with the replacement. This level of care is rare to find these days and I'm so grateful to have this garage on our doorstep.
